"Look who we have here," The voice said, and I turned around slowly just to meet the deadly gaze of Ava, Gary's girlfriend.
"Oh, I must admit that I'm also shocked to see you here," I faked a gasp, and shot her deadly gaze.
"Of course, you should be," She smiled sarcastically, and suddenly added, "And scared,"
With that, she turned around and left me alone, making me heave a sigh of relief.
Just as I was about locating a seat, Lucien walked up to me with a small smile.
"I'm back," He uttered, linking my hands with his, while I hummed.
Frank was seen walking to the stage with a smile on his face. It was indeed a proud day for everyone, as their hard work was finally getting the recognition it deserves.
