Author’s POV.
An unknown person was seen cracking her knuckles as she walked home.
The person’s phone rang and she picked it up after sighing lightly.
“I told you right? I didn’t need a backup, I’m done,” She said, but it seemed like the person on the other end of the phone wasn’t having it.
“Don’t you know how risky it is? Why would you go alone?” The person on the other phone said, and she sighed slowly.
“I’m sorry, but I’m done warning him….I just hope that he doesn’t make me return because it won’t be funny the next time,” She said icily and hung up.
“It’s going to be fine, Brenda,” She muttered under her breath and walked home.
