Lilith had spent the rest of her day trying to figure out her plan. She was out of Alia's team, there was no doubt about that. But being out of the team meant that she was back to square one. She needed to think of a whole new plan. And considering the past couple of days she had learnt absolutely nothing about Valerio and his family, it wasn't like she could ambush them anywhere either. So she had to start from the very bottom.
And the fact that her phone kept ringing didn't do anything but serve to annoy the hell out of her. The most frustrating part was, she knew that if Alia really wanted to find her, she easily could have. It wasn't like Lilith was hiding from her anyway. She was scooped up in the apartment after all. But instead, Alia chose to insistently call her without rest.
