Chapter 4

Sam's POV

Eversince that day at the Reunion Party, Danielle and I started hanging out and we even went out on a date twice. She brought me to her own house which was a gift from her parents and I also brought her to mine.

Oh if you are wondering what happened to Steffi when she called me out at the Party, nothing serious happened actually. When we arrived at Steffi's, I ran from the car to checked on her but to my surprised, she was laughing so hard when she saw me. Turns out, she thought I was bored in the reunion that is why she came up to that idea just to save my ass.

If I haven't met Danielle in the party, I will be so much happy for what she did but after meeting Danielle, the answer is BIG NO NO! Good thing Danielle came with me as per my mom's suggestion right?

So much for that tho, today is my first last day in the Uni. Summer break is over and Im back to being a student, a senior student in college. I dont know what to feel, I know I'll miss the school and my classmates but I also wanted to leave this place and continue my journey in the real world.

And also, today I have a big plan for Danielle and I. I wanted her so bad to be my girlfriend so guess what? I asked Steffi to help me with my plan for Danielle and I's date tonight.

Oh yes I know what you're thinking, its a school night but nevermind tho, I have a date and that is, no more objection.

Since we are seniors now, or I may say the authority in the university of course we are so so so wild, my classmates are so noisy from their chatterrings and whatnot. And I? Dont worry Im behaving so well at the moment haha

We are actually waiting for our Professor to come. And I have no idea what's taking them so long. I so badly wanted this day to be over so I can get ready for my date with Danielle tonight. I have everything planned for me and her, its a special day because today I will officially ask her to be mine.

Since the teacher is so special for not showing earlier for her class, I let my mind go back to the day when Danielle asked me out. It was the day after the reunion party, I was having a normal day at home when she showed up infront of my parents's house and asked me if I can accompany her to do some errands for her parents, of course me being me, I agreed because I have nothing to do but I didn't know it was her way of asking me out. Turns out, she doesn't have errands to do instead she just wanted to hangout with me so yeah that was it.

At first, it was a little awkward because really Im shy but then apparently, everything turns out well so here we are now.

If only... if only the teacher would come now, I will be able to limit the imagination my mind has.

Thirty minutes of waiting and finally our teacher appeared. Oh I miss Professor Grace, she's like a mother to us, a very good mentor at that. If only she could stay a little more time, then maybe we could spend our senior year with her and we could learn a lot more from her. But I heard she got the best opportunity in the other city, so she took it and in fact according to her, it was her dream job so who are we to not let her go besides she is so good and her service is really needed not only in our university. But I hope our new Professor would be good enough for all of us. I hope she could also be more understanding with the students because once and for all, she also became a student once, right?

"Hello Seniors" Prof Grace greeted us,

'Hi Professor! How are you this fine Morning?' one of my classmates greeted back.

'Im good Jordan.

Are you guys excited to meet your new teacher?'

'Is she beautiful like you Miss?' One of my classmates infer.

'Oh you'll see when she gets here in a short while.'

I wonder who will be our new Professor. Hmmm.

After some time of talking with our very-loved Professor, someone knocks on the door.

Prof. Grace smiled at us and says "your new teacher must be here now"

And as if on cue, our so called new teacher enters the room with her captivating smile and her sparkling eyes that might take your breath away once you stare into it. Yes she is one hell of a beautiful woman. And Im sure everyone will be swooning and be fascinated by this lovely Professor in front of us.

Everything in her is just so... I dont know, I cant seem to describe her properly because my description will only be an understatement, man she is a PERFECTION!

My classmates cant stop talking and they are very noisy. I dont know what are they talking about anymore with the 2 Professors in front of us. Maybe Prof. Grace is introducing her to us and I am the only one who is not focusing because my mind went somewhere else, I have no idea and I dont care what's going on at the moment. Its like my mind was robbed or travelled somewhere and refused to go back.

"Sam are you alright?"

"Sam?"

"Samantha!"

"Samantha McKenzie!"

Yeah Im hearing them but I dont know how to answer as if my voice betrayed me from speaking.

"Sam honey, do you want me to bring you to the clinic?"

Huh?

"Y-yes Professor? I-Im sorry I was just thinking about something." I said apologetically.

"You sure you're okay Sam? I was actually introducing your new Professor to your class."

'Yeah Im fine Prof. Grace. I was just thinking that I will miss you once you leave this room' I said that made my classmates cheer in agreement.

'Aww that's so sweet of you class. Anyway, we'll still see each other but please behave with your new teacher.'

....and I was yet again lost in my thoughts. I have no idea when did Prof. Grace left the room, I just know that this time our new Professor is speaking, maybe about the lesson or whatnot and our new teacher never ask me if I am okay or if I understand her lesson, and mind you, she never did spare me a single glance.

When the bell rang, I just packed my things, went out of the room and proceeded to my next classes. My energy was drained by my first class.

Steffi's having her classes at different building so I just texted her to meet me during lunch if she has the same schedule as me. I have no idea yet how to tell Steffi or if she already knows what happened. I wish its just me having a bad dream and that later, Im going to wake up and everything will be alright.

That Danielle Smith, the woman I am supposed to ask to be my girlfriend tonight, is not my new English Professor.
