Ariana's pov *RINGG* *The alarm clock was ringing again it only meant one thing it was back to school. But this isn't an ordinary day no it's the first day of me being a senior I'm now becoming a young adult. I got up from my comfy bed and I got myself ready for school. I brushed my teeth, took a bath, and wore my school uniform. Then I went downstairs to the kitchen to cook a sunny side egg for breakfast. After I was done cooking I took my breakfast to the dining room to eat it. As I was eating I got a call from one of my friends' mina. *I answered the call* "Hello?" "Girl, where are you? I'm already at the bus stop I have something to tell you to get your butt here already!!!" "Okay I'm on my way" "okay Make It Quick" *Mina hangs up the phone* *I finished my breakfast and I went to the sink to wash my plate. After I washed my plate I wore my shoes and I head out to meet Mina at the bus stop. I meet Mina at the bus stop. while we were waiting for the bus to arrive Mina told me the news She was talking about over the phone.* "OK so I heard from Zeya that Ethan likes Miya I have no chance left miya is too pretty I can't beat her," Mina said with a disappointed face "Don't worry maybe that's just a rumour and besides you're pretty too," Ariana said trying to comfort her friend "Really? Thank you and yeah I hope it's a rumour." Mina said with a relived face *The bus arrives* "Girl the bus Is already here let's get inside before all the good seats are taken." *We got on the bus as we walked through the aisle of the bus trying to find vacant seats we saw an unfamiliar face in the front row.* "over there no one is sitting there," Ariana said while pointing to the seats on the bus *We sat down on the vacant seats.* "who's that in the front row? it's the first time I saw him." Ariana said with a confused face "I think that's the transfer student he's kinda cute you two would look together!!" Mina laughs "Shut up!!" Ariana laughs *After 25 mins they arrived at their school* "we got in just in time.* "It's already 7:25 we still have 5 minutes before" "Time is so fast let's go" *We got off the bus and we looked for our classrooms.* "Oh there room A" Mina said while pointing to the room *RINGGGG* "Good thing we weren't late," Ariana said relieved *We sat in our assigned seats.* "ok class settle down today I would like you to meet your new classmate come in and please introduce yourself" *A tall cute boy comes inside the classroom.* "Hello everyone my name is Kendrick I'm thrilled to be a part of this section with all of you" Kendrick said with a warm smile "He kinda reminds me of a cat..... and why does he look so familiar?" Ariana thought in her head *As time flies fast Kendrick gets close to his classmates and he even gets nominated as the class president he also joins the music club with his friends* *5 months has passed* "I'm so frustrated I'm not done writing my notes then our teacher would change to the next slide like do you not have any patience?" Ariana said annoyed "I know right who does she think we are? The flash?" Mina said while she crossed her arms "Right? So did you Finish your notes?" " no my notes are incomplete" Mina said while showing her notebook "Oh, what do we do? our teacher is gonna check our notebook on Monday and you know her she humiliates every student that doesn't complete their activities" Ariana said with a disappointed face "how about you borrow Kendrick's notes I'm sure his notes are complete" "No I'm too shy," Ariana said refusing Mina's idea "If you borrow his notebook I'll buy you waff-" "WAFFLES??? OKAY" "You do love waffles" Mina laughs *Ariana tries to approach Kendrick but backs out before she can even talk to him She sprints back to Mina.* "NO I CAN'T I'M TO SHY" Ariana said while trying to catch her breath I'm not too close with him I mean we only talked last Christmas and all I told him was Merry Christmas *, but you'll still buy me waffles right? "Nope you backed out so the deals off" Mina said while crossing her arms "Aweeee" Ariana showed a disappointed face *Time skip* "ok class our cleaners for today are Kendrick and Ariana so you two stay here and clean the classroom you can go both home after you have cleaned the classroom class dismissed." *As Mina was fixing her bag Ariana approached her* "Out of all our classmates why him?" Ariana said with a disappointed face "Girl this is your chance to borrow his notebook if you got his notebooks send his notes to me okay? Oh and ask him If he wants to go out with our other classmates on Sunday." "Fine only if you Buy me waff- "No" Mina answered before Ariana could even finish what she was saying. Awe Ariana frowned again I'll wait for you at the gate ok Byee!! *Everyone left except for Ariana and Kendrick* "I guess it's only me and him and awkward silence. well I should better start cleaning" Ariana thought in her head *While they were cleaning neither of them talked. Ariana decided to break the awkwardness* "uhm hey Kendrick can I borrow your science notebook i didn't finish writing my notes (Ariana laughs awkwardly) I'll give it back to you on Monday" "oh okay *Kendrick agrees* I can't blame you our teacher changes the slide so fast good thing I can remember anything" *Kendrick takes out his notebook from his bag and hands it out to Ariana* Oh really? That's so cool!! Oh and by the way me and our classmates are going out do you wanna come? "All of them? woah that's a lot of people but yeah sure I'll come. It's gonna get chaotic" Kendrick laughs "No only some of them can come but yeah It sure will be chaotic (Ariana laughs)Well then that's great!! Let's meet at the skating rink at the park at around uhm let's say 10 ish "Okay *he looks around* we already cleaned the whole classroom I guess we can go home now" "oh yeah well I'll see you on Sunday Kenny!!" Kenny? Kendrick asked confused "Oh right is it okay If I call you that? I give my friends nicknames and since we're friends now I decided to call you Kenny" Ariana said "Oh yeah sure it's okay" "Yay!! Well, I'll go out first my friends are waiting for me at the gate Bye Kenny!!" *Ariana checks her phone while she is walking in the hallways* "OH NO!! WE WERE IN THE CLASSROOM FOR ALMOST AN HOUR MINA IS GONNA GET MAD!!" Ariana panicked and sprinted to the gate "Girl chill why are you running?" "I THOUGHT YOU LEFT ME," Ariana said trying not to cry "No silly why would I leave you? I would never leave you Let's go home" Mina said comforting her friend *Timeskip The next day* * Kendrick was the first one to come He was looking around trying to find familiar faces but he couldn't find a single one so he decided to sit on a bench that was near the rink he was sitting around and playing on his phone when he suddenly saw a familiar girl with a white dress* "Oh no where are they it's almost 10:50" Ariana said panicking "Ariana!" *Kendrick called Ariana* "Oh hey thank goodness you're here" *Ariana sighed in relief* where are the others? "They're not here yet and almost 11 so consider yourself early (they laugh) Oh Ari sit down you must be very tired from walking" "Oh wow, Ari? Thats new" Ariana said while she sat down "Yeah since you gave me a nickname I decided to get even" "Ohh I see that's a cute nickname I think I should just change my name to Ari" *they both laugh* "This is the first time I paid attention to her I didn't notice she had a warm smile," Kendrick thought as stared at her laughing. he was mesmerized "YOOO GUYS THERE YOU ARE!!" "Oh look over there it's our other classmates" Ariana said while pointing to them "You guys are late it's already 11:7" "Sorry!!" *they laugh* "So what should we do?" "Oh, I know! we should rent bikes and race each other" *Everyone agrees*
