Mac spent Saturday morning and part of the afternoon finalizing the contracts for his writer of zombie teen novels as well as for Lenny Volkes who also wrote rather successfully about the subject in his earlier book, The Zombie Códice. Finished by two, Mac went to fetch Afton who had closed up shop at noon. As she told Mac, she opened the store just in case of a sale; although, she had only two customers-browsers really-on this slow Saturday after Christmas.
