Deadly saviour

On a cold windy night whilst taking out the trash,Ava hears a cry for help coming from the sewage filled corner.Contemplating on whether she heard correctly or not,she slowly walks to to the passage and sees a boy holding his blood covered tummy. Although confused and questioning her sanity,she takes the boy upstairs to her apartment,lays him on her carpet floor and calls an ambulance however she drops the call when the boy touches her hand and shakes his head urging her to not call the ambulance before passing out.Then with no other choice,she grabs the first aid-kit and calls her uncle who is a surgeon living in another town. He then guides her on how to stabilise the bleeding and seal the wound to prevent infections.Then after that she stays on the call longer to briefly catch up with her uncle.She tells him that she misses him a lot and hopes to visit him during the summer holidays of which he agrees.However her mood changes when her uncle asks about her caretaker of which she's quiet for a bit before responding that she's sick but he shouldn't worry as she can take care of herself.Her uncle then wishes her goodbye and she does the same before hanging up the call.Then after cleaning up,she stands over the boy and kneels down to kiss him before wishing him goodnight
