episode 2 :intertwined

Darius and Thalia exchange pleasantries and both parents were delighted that they both liked each other because they both feared that they might not like or be attracted to each other.

Queen Leticia: Darius dear I think we should all give you some space now, you don't mind showing princess Thalia round the Castle do you?.

Darius : of course mom I can definitely do that.

Darius then stretches out his hand to princess Thalia gesturing for her to leave the room with him.

She then grabs Darius hand and they both walk out leaving their parents with a huge smile on plastered across their , faces a smile of satisfaction because they are glad that the true truly like each other.

Queen Leticia: they look happy don't you think?.the queen said with a satisfying look on her face

Duke Dominic: I absolutely agree with you .

King Brian: for the first time in weeks I'm seeing

Darius smiling again. The king said happily

Duchess Luna : I couldn't agree less.

The banter continued between the royal family

Darius and Thalia walked through the garden of the Castle quietly that you could hear a pin drop, the birds were chirping the crickets noises could be heard, the silence was beginning to make them both uncomfortable and Darius decided to break the silence.

Darius: I can't help but have this feeling that we have met before but I can't exactly pin point where and when we met but the strong feeling that we have definitely met somewhere keeps hitting me.

Thalia: that strange because I have the exact feeling that we have met before but I too can't pin point where and when we met but I am certain that we have.

Darius: well.... It's fine though even if we have not met before now we have and we have the chance to get to know each other better don't we ?

Thalia: well I suppose we do have the chance right now even if we cannot recall past events.

Darius: yeah so enough talk about the past and let's focus on the future

Thalia: look I know you didn't consent to this marriage but we don't really have a choice do we. So that's why I'll give you the freedom you need to do whatever you want, I won't hold you back even if it's being with someone who makes you happy, I know I can't be that person because we only just met and I'm more like a burden that is being placed on your shoulders right now and I don't want to be a burden to you so I'm not going to get in the way of whatever you want. You might even have someone in mind right now so I won't stop you .

Thalia said looking downhearted.

Darius: don't say that, you're the most amazingly outstanding, Wonderful and beautiful girl I've ever met, and any man would be lucky to have you in his life, you're an amazing person, even I'm just meeting you it feels like I've known you forever and I know how great you are so I don't want you to ever talk down on yourself like that. True I didn't consent to the wedding initially but I do now and you're now my responsibility so I won't do anything to hurt you.

Darius said while touching her cheeks consolingly.

Thalia was very moved by his words and she was on the verge of tears because no one had ever been so nice to her apart from her parents. She was deeply touched and del down she knew she had found the perfect match, her soul mate, her better half .

they talked for hours and hours and turned out they had allot in common but the one thing that they had in common that kept them together for the love they had for their parents and not wanting to disappoint them.

time soon came for bit families to part ways, they bid each other goodbye and then the duke's family left the castle.

Darius stared till the carriage was out of site with a smile on his face, queen Leticia caught him staring at them as they drove away and she grinned and shoved his shoulder.

queen Leticia: Soo.... you like her don't you? she asked teasingly

Darius: well.... she's not bad

queen Leticia: oh please don't pretend you don't like her dummy. the queen joked around with him.

Darius: mom!!!!! stop teasing me would you? he said blushing profusely while stroking his head .

queen Leticia: well I hope you're ready for the responsibility you're about to take on! she spoke a bit Stern.

Darius: you say that like it's a battle field I'm walking into.

queen Leticia: well son you'll understand overtime.she pats his shoulders and goes inside the castle leaving him hanging
