The last I thought would happen the next day was to see my brother, Ivan. After all, it was barely twenty-four hours since he traveled. Still, here he was, standing in front of the main entrance, smiling from ear to ear.
“Miss me?” He said with a grin as he spread his arms wide for a hug.
“No, but I know who does.” I said with an uninterested tone. Not ready to hug him just yet, I brought out an energetic Ryan from my room. “Come see Uncle Ivan.”
The moment Ryan heard his name and saw him at the doorstep, he ran towards him. “Uncle Ivan!” He screamed as his little feets ran as fast as they could.
