Dave's POV
There's nothing more stressful than trying to settle a misunderstanding with someone that doesn't listen or believe you. How was it my fault that Mira hugged me? She seemed to be so scared about the whole incident that happened to her. She was the victim, after all.
I hoped she didn't see it all as cheating. That was why I wanted to clarify the situation with her but instead, she went back to call me Mr Nelson! I was Dave a few minutes ago. How did I become Mr Nelson so quickly? This question rang in my mind. When I returned to my car to wait for her, I asked Pierre. “ She is being distant with me again. What could be the problem now? Do you have any idea?”
