As he promised, Roderic comes to check on Lucea after training for a bit with the pack warriors.
But Lucea doesn't let him stay, pointing out that it is too late. She needs some family time after what happened to her, and whatever Roderic has to say to her can wait.
Roderic understands, he only came to see if she looks better now. He leaves her room and passes by her parents in their living room.
"Did you find her awake?" Beatrice asks him.
"Yes. Your daughter is a strong girl. She is going to be just fine."
"We've been avoiding going to her room to talk to her because we thought she wanted more rest, but it seems she is okay. We will go and talk to her about what happened."
