CHAPTER 9 : WHAT WORLD THINKS LOVE IS

One of my friend asked me once " is s*x love ? " I said " its way more complicated then this , s*x is nothing but pleasure"

• PLEASURE

Pleasure is something that keeps us bound to this world , to this fake world. If we talk about love , it is something that connects us to our soul, to the greater version of ourselves. Love is something beyond these cheap things where we fall for something and call it love. Pleasure basically is the fulfilment of our needs. You may say that what's wrong about that ? Indeed it is. It's about our needs and a need can be anything , s*x , drugs , cigarette or anything that may destroy us , and destroying ourselves for some sake of attention or pleasure isn't a good thing. Our mind needs to be stable enough for understanding the difference between please and a need that is positive.

• NEED : MATERIAL WORLD

Do you think that surving in this world would be easier if our brains didn't have that thing that keep on telling us about our excessive needs ? Indeed it would be , but you know needs are important until and unless it doesn't tear you apart. As a human if you really want to love someone or something, you will have to keep your needs away.

• PRAYING

Today we think that praying will fix things. Indeed it does , but you know we only pray for us. We're always like " God , I want myself to be the happiest so please make this particular thing happen in my life " or " God because I want to be happy , please send that person to me "

we never think about that person we want , have you ever thought about it?; I guess no , because if we pray like this , we are only thinking about ourselves . It's always "me" and not "we" .

• THE FEELING OF HAVING SOMETHING

Our need , our wants. That's all we want to get fulfilled. We're always focused on getting our needs fulfilled even if we love someone we think of our happiness more than theirs ,we try to give them all the happiness of this world but the roots are different here. Before giving them what they love , we think of our happiness before them and that's the difference. Love is always about expecting nothing in return and when we do this we mix that " nothingness" of this universe where we are everything.

• SELFISHNESS

Today we think that it's cool to cheat , it's cool to have s*x with every other person we get a relationship with because it seems to be healthy and happy for our brain ' cause it s making us happy . No ! A straight no , because love is never selfish , love always tells you to think about that person or the thing first before knowing its own needs . Love is not just this , it is beyond all of this . Our generation is really messed up today because it thinks that fulfilling our pleasure is love or being in this material world is love. Love is really away from all of these things , we even think that love is just a boy and a girl falling in love and having cheap things between them. No ! It's beyond that. Love is not just a boy or a girl , love is rain , love is our parents , love is god , love is books , love is flowers , love is mountains , love is painting , love is music , love is your best friend , love is your work . Everything in this world is love. The only thing is that we don't realise it . We'll soon learn how to love and what is love in the following chapters.
