Falsely Accused

Chapter Eleven.

I feel frustrated, will I ever know peace? I have not heard from Naomi ever since I came from jail, I doubt she is aware that I am out.

Rue is looking at me brows raised.

I realize that it is Naomi calling and I place the phone on speaker.

‘’Nada how are you, my sister?’’

‘’I have never been better Naomi. What do you want?’’ I ask bitterly.

‘’I got the sarcasm. Where are you?’’

‘’Where is my son?’’

‘’Answer me first.’’

‘’If you are not going to tell me where my Neal junior is then you have no business calling me.’’ I snort angrily

‘’I want to know where you are Nada!’’

‘’I am in jail, why?’’

‘’You are not in jail, I wouldn’t be calling you right now.’’

‘’Speaking of calling, where did you get my number from?’’

‘’I figured out.’’

‘’Good girl, figure out where I am.’’

‘’b***h! Are you not going to tell me where you are.’’

‘’I said I will not and if you figured out my number, then please do the same with where I am.’’

"Luna…" she’s still speaking but I cut her off by terminating the call.

Rue gives me a sad look but I roll my eyes and walk carelessly to the bathroom. I sit on the bowl patiently and when I am done with my call of nature, I walk out of there straight to the bathroom.

My frustrated head requests for cold water and I stand under the shower, I am not in a hurry at all and when the cold sensation of the water runs down my skin, I remember the very first day that Neal took me to his home.

His mum was very happy that he finally introduced a girl. His dad appeared to be very excited but spoke very little.

His two sisters did welcome me into the family with lots of happiness and joy. For once I felt loved and belonging.  That’s exactly the feeling I have here with Rue and her family.

His little sister came to the prison to say she believed I didn’t kill her brother and that she will go convince her father to find a lawyer for me.

I have no idea how she never showed up again but that’s what life is. Everyone tends to turn their back against you whenever you are in s**t and come to think about it maybe her mother poisoned her or her father.

My father-in-law was supportive too, he came to court to offer me his support but after hearing my sister’s testimony, he forgot about me and never showed up ever again.

I didn’t kill Neal but if that gives them a peaceful night I want them to f*****g believe that. I will not stab their asses to believe me.

‘’Where could my psycho of a sister leave my son? Will I ever see you, Neilan?’’

‘’I swear if you don’t open this door. I will walk in there and drag you naked to mum.’’

I sniff loudly and shake my head. I have been shedding tears. That’s what the thought of my son and dad brings to my life.

I know that will never bring them back but I can’t just help it.

I am always going down to my knees to pray to God for a miracle. He must do one. I believe in Him.

‘’Sorry, are you trying to threaten me?’’

‘’Take it as you wish but just get out. I want to come in.’’ I have been in here for almost twenty-minute, that’s a bit too much.

Being in prison taught me to be taking a bath for at least two minutes. There was no luxury in staying inside the bathroom for twenty minutes.

‘’Did you hear me, Nada?’’

‘’Sorry, what did you say?’’

‘’Are you okay?’’

‘’Yes, I will be out shortly.’’

She is fuming and sulking when I get out and I roll my eyes at her. ‘’I am so sorry sister, I am out now you can go in.’’

She looks at me and she puts her arm around my shoulder. ‘Let’s go we need to have a long nice chat then go to the movie or something. You need some distraction ‘’

‘’Thanks, mummy.’’

‘’Silly girl.’’ She says back and we burst out laughing heartily.

*Naomi.*

‘’Hey.’’

‘’What brings you here?’’

‘’To see Nada and give you countless orgasms.’’

‘’The latter is welcome with open arms but the other one, I doubt.’’

‘’What do you mean you doubt?’’

‘’Haven’t you heard?’’

‘’ don’t please me. What the hell is going on? Who the hell got that brat out of jail?’’ I yell at the warden who assured me that my sister or rather that stupid brat will never get out of prison.

‘’Come down Naomi, I don’t get how you have the audacity to show up here and  talk about orgasms when the last time you left me here with an erection and you couldn’t even receive my call.’’

‘’Stop ranting i***t! Tell me how that stupid b***h got out of here.’’ I say with a louder yell.  ‘’You are so incompetent. I didn’t know you could be this good for nothing.’’

‘’She got a lawyer from God knows where and trust me if that i***t of a judge speaks then we will all go down with him.’’ He says. ‘’and please do not insult me because that will not bring her back to jail.

‘’You are right but how did she even pay the lawyer?’’

‘’No idea.’’

‘’By the way, what happened to your dad’s money? He was such a rich fellow.’’

‘’I channelled all of the money to my name through my uncle. I got a s**t load of money but my sister believes that our uncle took the money away from us.’’

‘’You are so wicked.’’ He says with a little smile.

‘’You have no idea. I mean have you ever met half of my wicked self?’’ he shakes his head in disbelief and I sigh.

This i***t is good for nothing and I feel he is super incompetent and will or may let us down soon. I will not watch him do that.

‘’How much did you pay your uncle for that?’’

‘’A lot of money but that’s not the point. He did the work so well in collaboration with my parent’s lawyer and trust me I love him.’’

‘’What plan do you have for him?’’

‘’Nothing much. I am however thinking that I seduce him soon. If his brains are this smart I believe his d**k must be sweeter. I want to know what he is like in bed. He should be a beast.’’ I say with a seductive smile and the fool bites his lower lip. Am purposely driving him nuts brewing his anger for my advantage and thinking about that makes me want to try the seduction after all.  More so to my uncle the power of the forbidden fruit is in the mystery of the adventures.

‘’Don’t you think he might not fall for that?’’

‘’Don’t you think I am too cute and hot for any man to resist me?’’

I excuse myself, take my phone and text my friend Nina. She was Neal’s girlfriend before the i***t met my sister.

Nina: What’s your plan?

‘’Sorry I took long.’’

‘’that’s okay Naomi. What happened to your parents?’’

‘’Simple, they died.’’

‘’I already know that part. I want to know how they died. What happened? Was the accident planned? Would you know who did it?’’

‘’You ask too many questions but if you must know, I had someone interfere with the breaks then that foolish girl insisted on driving with me. Since we all had to get to a party at dad’s home and that girl was always granted whatever she needed, they insisted that we ride together as they did together. The two fools plus the driver lost control and yeah, they are all history by now. I wish she too travelled with them,  I couldn’t be having an ass headache to deal with.’’

‘’Even the driver died?’’ He asks and I shrug like who is he that I should care about. ‘’don’t you feel bad?’’

‘’About what?’’

‘’Their deaths?’’

I look at him with a smile, a sweet seductive smile that I swear he will not be able to resist. I convince him and yeah, we are headed to my house for a good f**k, some chilled wine and a cold blood murder.

We are in my apartment. I sold everything when my sister got imprisoned and I bought this very fancy apartment which is only used for men and drink.

After confirming that the guy is truly dead, I instruct the two men to have him dumped at a strategic place where his body can be discovered.

A few days later, I call Safaricom, and since I know everything about my sister, they help me discover the number she is using easily.

‘’That was so easy,’’ Nina says with a smile and I give her my middle finger.

This network providers are darlings. They have made my work so easy. I will call that fool and know where she is.

I have been trying to track her number without any success.

I will hire a private investigator to find her. She has to pay for the fact that our parents always preferred her and not me. She after all believes it was an accident, like any other. They paid their costs, she has to pay hers too.
