Allegra’s POV:
I could hardly believe it when Nicholas finally agreed that I should go with them on the rescue mission. I knew that I could help, and since Moonstone was mine and the moon was a strong ruler over my spells, I knew there would be no one better to cast this spell than me. I was happy when he finally agreed with me, but I kept my poker face on as best I could in front of the guys so as not to show that I was glad I won this argument with the two of them.
In the end, we left the site with a plan formed. I was feeling anxious. I always felt like this when there was something important on the horizon, but not happening on the same day. So much so that I really wanted to leave the next task aside, even though it was even part of the plan.
