Allegra POV When I woke up on the next morning, it was to see my mom looking at me from the threshold of the common room. I could not tell if she was amused, glad, or angry. Obviously, this was inappropriate, after all, the contestants should sleep in their accommodation and not in the leader’s home. Still, she could see that I was finding my way and would have a possible chosen one, so that gave her some hope. I believe that she could not decide which emotion she would wear.  My dad entered the room behind her and wasn’t less surprised than my mom, but was more vocal: “What in the hell just happened here?” was his only question.
