KAIA'S POV I yanked Harold to his feet, ignoring his groans as he clutched his arm, and shoved him down the hall toward my room. At first, I was going to just throw him through the window, but then he complained about his waist, claiming I had either shifted or broken something when I landed on him, so he wasn’t in good enough shape to climb or jump. So I had to lead him around through the main door and into the house. He stumbled with each step, but I didn’t slow or loosen my grip until we crossed the threshold.
