KAIA'S POV. The car hummed quietly as it rolled deeper into Moonveil territory. The trees outside blurred in streaks of brown and black under the moonlight. For a while, I just sat in silence, listening to the sound of the engine and the faint rustle of the forest outside. My mind, however, kept circling around Hudson’s words about the banners.
