LYRA'S POV
I could see the shock in Alpha Kael’s eyes and I was getting embarrassed. I had already done something so weird but I couldn't last any longer if I kept seeing his eyes judge me. So I shut my eyes tightly and continued.
Our lips were smooched together longer than I had expected. Alpha Kael should have withdrawn a long time ago but maybe, just maybe, he was enjoying the kiss. Fortunately enough, Marigold finally rushed out and took Kenny back inside.
“Ma-ma!” I could hear Kenny babble as they receded. After some more seconds, I slowly pulled out from the kiss and threw my face away from Alpha Kael's own. My cheeks reddened in total embarrassment and I couldn't even dare stand his gaze.
He cleared his throat and adjusted his collar. “Umm… What was that?” He asked innocently
