Austin's pov When I heard my wife's voice and her feet on the floor, a rush of blood surged out of my heart. How did she know I was here? Disappearing now wouldn't solve the underlying issue, especially since it involved her best friend. I blamed myself immediately. I had put Rebecca in a difficult situation. I needed to confess before Linda entered the room. If it weren't for me standing directly in front of the room, I would have run away, and she wouldn't know which room I had booked.
