WHERE'S MY DAUGHTER, KEMI?
( A family is seen in their living room chatting and talking)
Mummy: Ehhh!! Jesus, where's your face?
Daddy: Honey, it hasn't gotten to that
Mummy: Daddy Kemi, are we on the same page?
Daddy: Of course we are
Mummy: I don't think so because if we are, you'll be as much as worried as I am. This is the sixth month since we have last seen our daughter, Kemi. She hasn't been picking our calls, she doesn't reply to our texts and she's not at school. Where's she?
Remi (Kemi's brother) : (cuts in) Maybe she's busy with school or she's busy with baking, you know she's a baker and she gets plenty hires a week
Mummy: Even at that, isn't she suppose to come home. Her course mate, Shayo is back at her home with her family as we speak. Is she not doing the same course as Kemi?
Daddy: Has Shayo finished her 2nd semester?
Mummy: Yes, her mum told me they're through and results for the finished semester is out. Shayo checked hers yesterday and she did well. Kemi didn't even call to share her results, Ehhh!!! Daddy Kemi, something must have happened to Kemi
Daddy: Maybe she had a carryover
Mummy: Ehhh!!! I'll try seeing her tomorrow and I am certain she'll be in school tomorrow
Daddy: Are you sure?
Mummy: Yes, the last time I went to her hostel, her neighbour said she'll call me when she sees her, her call just came in early this morning and she said she'll be coming for lectures tomorrow so we'll have to leave early to meet her
Daddy: Ok, kids have you heard what mummy said
Mimi (Kemi's sister) : Daddy, you should talk to Bro Remi cos he's the one who's always making us late
Remi: (Angry) Will you shut your mouth?
Daddy: Ehhh!! Don't shut her up, she's not lieing, you'll always take long time in the bathroom, if you take long time tomorrow, we'll leave you at home
Remi: Ok Daddy
Daddy: Alright, let's go outside to wash the car
Remi: (Grunts) Daddy, you know I don't like washing the car
Daddy: But you like sitting in it and taking pictures for the gram. Come on, Stand up and meet me outside with the buckets and detergent. (Leaves)
Remi: (Grunts and leaves)
Mimi: Mummy, can I use your phone?
Mummy: No you can't
Mimi: Mummy, please đ„șđ„șđ
Mummy: Anytime I give you my phone, you end up downloading games and movies that eats up my data so no phone today or anytime till I get one for you. Wait, isn't your exam around the corner, get up and go read now
Mimi: (Grunts and leaves)
Mummy: God đ„șđ, wherever Kemi is, round your shield around her, protect her. Don't let any evil befall her. I'll not cry over her in Jesus nameđ„șđ
