"Am gonna make you and your father pay for everything you put us through. You may have every other person fouled but certainly not me. Watch your back around me girl, am coming for you. Am gonna make you pay."
Those were Derek's exact words to me as he spilled out his plans to me without mincing words.
Here I was sitting with Cara and Sofia, chatting and laughing about random stuff then the office door swung open, making us turn to the intruders at the door.
When I turned to the door, I saw a younger version of Adrian standing at the door and behind him stood Adrian and his other friend.
He had an angry, deathly glare on his face and I just couldn't tell if his anger is directed at me or maybe their meeting didn't go as planned.
