They made their way down the great dune toward the encampment. The wind was lightly blowing now, kicking sand up and making Kaia squint to try to see. It did not seem to bother Zahir who steadily spurred the stallion onward. The camp seemed rather quiet even though it was only mid afternoon and Kaia only saw a few people milling about around campfires.
