Isabella became conscious of her surroundings. Her body ached and she felt like she had been paralyzed. She slowly opened her eyes and the view was blurry. She turned her face to see someone sitting beside her. She blinked twice and saw Riccardo staring down at her. Her brows drew together in a frown and she tried to sit up.
"Hey, how are you here?" she asked.
