Leonardo's eyes widened as she drove the scissors into her belly.
"Izzy!" He rushed over to her. Luca did too. Blood soaked her clothes and dropped on the floor. Leonardo caught her before she fell.
"Get the f*cking cars ready!" Luca yelled at no one in particular because the soldiers were already rushing down the stairs.
Leonardo lifted Isabella and carried her in his arms. "Are you insane?" he asked her, but her eyes looked heavy and were about to close. He carried her down the stairs. "Pietro, let that maid out, do not harm her."
"Si capo," Pietro said and hurried off.
Leonardo and Luca took Isabella inside the car. A few hours later, they were at the hospital.
