Gems of Power

The sound of a alarms clock went off in my ears. I yawned and stretched in my bed enjoying the warmth it gave me. I sighed before opening my eyes and looking around my room. It was still dark because the blinds were still closed. With a flick of my left had the blinds opened to reveal sunlight that brightened my white room. Getting out of bed my alarm already turning off when it sensed I was awake. My bed already making itself, I walk to the bathroom to freshen up. My long wavy dark chocolate hair with white streaks was a rat’s nest like every other morning. My basic white silk Pajamas were not helping the look. Deciding to do a basic side braid today which was my favorite hair style normally I started to change. A bright white light moved from my head to toe. When finished I was completely dressed with a new appearance. My brown and white hair was neatly braided over my right shoulder, my face now fresh and full with my green eyes showing brightly. I enjoyed my appearance at the moment. Over the years I changed the way I looked, nothing big but mainly my eyes and hair to match my pale skin. I was born with green eyes the had brown around the pupils and long dark brown hair. The white streaks are new but my eyes have been very different colors until now. With colors like light blue and grey I decided to go back to the original. My outfit was the normal every day attire for my line of work. It was a black suit that covered everything but my head. It had hard plated pieces on my knees, elbows, and chest that gave a great shape to my boobs. Black boots and gloves that only coved my fingers between my thumb and Pinky. There was a small side strap that held my dagger and on my back was a quiver filled with arrows and a bow. A small watch was on my wrist and a ear piece was wrapped around my ear. I placed a small necklace around my neck that had a white stone in the middle and tucked it underneath my collar. To complete my look was a long black cape that had a hood. It had a simple 3D diamond in the middle that was engraved in a soft white. Looking at my reflection on last time I looked powerful. A leader in itself. Of course black isn’t my favorite color but that doesn’t mean I can’t pull it off. Walking to the door of my room I look back over my shoulder. I loved my room. It was simple and white. Like everyone else’s room, it had a bathroom and a hidden dresser and closet that comes out of the wall. A large window over looking the world around. After that it will differ. My room had a queen size bed with faux fur pillows and blankets and curtain that went around the bed. People might think that I’m obsessed with the color but I believe in the meaning that it gives. Its light, free and hopeful that can bring life. Heading down the hall I step into the elevator. It stops on floor two. I walk out and to a head to another room. It was a bit messy because it was more of a work space. It had tables everywhere with stuff scattered on and off it. Gadgets and technology pieces along with fabric on most of my tables. Along with one that has tubes for chemistry and plants on it. No doubt my sister’s. Others were filled with objects that the other knights seemed to be working on. It was really a work place for everyone. “ Good morning queen Breyer” I looked ahead of me at the big computer with multiple screens and keyboards with millions of buttons. “ good morning Enoses.” Enoses is the living planet in itself. And I mean literally, the planet is a living being that can function on its own. It used to not be, but since this is the second Enoses everyone decided it was best to make it a living being. The meaning of the name is ‘ End’s Oasis’ which fits perfectly because it’s a oasis at the end of the universe. “ what do you have for me today?” I asked. Every day or so Enoses gives me all the requests so I can plan mine and the others schedules Accordingly. “ The beings visiting are enjoying their stay and no knowledge of issues have come to attention. It would be encouraged to make a appearance around yourself to check on everyone’s status.” I nodded my head in agreement. I haven’t walked around in a while. “ there are Approximately 30 requests for assistance and 5 different rulers wanting to speak with you. Along with 50 invites to get togethers” Enoses continues. I sigh, no one can ever leave me alone can they. And this is a normal day. “ send all the requests to me please along with the rulers that would like to speak to me. As for the parties, I’ve not been in the mood to be attending any recently. But you can send them to balloon, I’m sure she can pick a few I might like to go too. “ balloon was the gem of parties. I just hopped she would focus enough to just pick a few. “ also your majesty, King Hayden would like your Company at a celebrity rewards tonight he is attending.” “ Of course he does” I huff. “ it would be wise to go” Enoses says. “ yes yes I know” I say starting to walk out. “ do you know where my siblings or captains are?” I ask stopping at the door way. “ Captain Holly and Captain Benjamin are in South Rain. Would you like to know everyone’s location?” Enoses asked. “ No it’s fine, I can find them. Just let me know if any important issues” I say. “ of course my queen” Walking out I head to the doors leading out of the tower. Stepping out bright sunlight makes my skin warm and fluffy inside. I love my home.
