Jackson's POV:
This is not something that I wanted to deal with. Actually, this is something that I least expected to have to deal with, today above all else. The last thing I want is for her life put in jeopardy on account that some strange scent is found where I had previously traveled. The scent had seemed to follow my tracks a short distance before veering off back along another path that happens to lead around the other side of town.
I do not believe that my scent as a child would have been the same scent as it is today. This still made me leery about the current situation as to whose company I had now come across. My mind began to wonder if there was an issue that I was going to be forced to have to deal with. What could the reason be for this strange scent to be found out
