One mile. Two miles. Ten miles. Charlie lapped the course she and Julien ran each morning at speed. It was her second run of the day but lately, she ran as much as she could, whenever she could. It had been 5 months since her ceremony and the attack from the hunters. The attack left 38 pack members dead, 45 wounded, and 6 pups orphaned. Every time she saw their faces, she felt their pain.
