Chapter Six: DangerWill is frowning at the mess of veins and grass on the floor when she returns. She can't help but laugh at the sight of him and the braids that he had attempted to copy.
"I'm sorry. I should've showed you how to get those done before leaving," she says.
"Darling!" he greets happily upon seeing her, peering around her and frowning when he finds Ethan nowhere in sight. "Did you finish already? You didn't hurt yourself, did you?" He worked himself into a little bit of a panic towards the end, standing and quickly coming towards her to check her over. She can't help but compare the two men, how easily Will shows his concern for her and how openly he voices his thoughts compared to Ethan, whose thoughts need to be pried open with several heavy machinery.
