Alex’s POV   “Comeon, Lexi! We’re going to be late!” “Late?” I repeat, reaching out to muss my goddaughter’s hair affectionately. “We’d better hurry, then. I can’t be late to my own wedding!” Fiona shoots me an amused grin as she takes her daughter by the hand and guides her outside the house. I turn towards Brooke, heaving a deep, slow breath. “You look beautiful,” Brooke tells me. She herself, of course, looks incredible.
