Brooke's POV It’s our last day on the road. In a few hours, we’ll find a motel in Durham, and the next morning, we’ll start apartment hunting. We’ll set Spellbound up at the barn Fiona told us about, and he’ll remain there indefinitely—just as we’ll remain in our own new home indefinitely.  I should be glad. I’m sick to death of the motels, of the dim lighting and the room-sharing and the constant nights forced next to Jason when I want to be anywhere else. And the arguments with Milo.
