CHAPTER 22. Jeff picked up his phone as it rang. He was tired so he accepted the distraction that came with a phone call. The call however had no ID. “Hello” “Jeff its Carter. Why you not been picking up my calls? You did not even tell me you got Tami back” He asked all at once, the situation with Tami had left him worried just like everybody else and Jeff had just shut him out. “Sorry I was just stressed I forgot” Jeff replied.
