Whitney's Point of View:
I cannot believe my mother surprised me, and that Chandler and his family made this happen. I'm so incredibly thankful that they did this for me, it’s over the top sure - but it’s such an amazing feeling to know these people care enough about me to ensure my mother and I have some time together. Dinner goes by and we are all enjoying conversations talking about this and that. Multiple times I've noticed that Chandler squeezes my leg under the table when my mother says something snide, I ignore it - she's still struggling, people handle grief in different ways, she shuts people out.
