Aria’s POV
Today is better than yesterday.
Yesterday, I was miserable from morning until late afternoon. The nausea was unbearable, and without Orion or Amara around, this apartment felt painfully empty.
Thank the Moon Goddess for the Alpha mansion kitchen staff. Apparently, Orion had given them strict orders to send me meals and snacks for the whole day. So, at least I didn’t have to worry about cooking or even stepping out of my bed if I didn’t want to.
Amara was still busy with her aunt’s condition. I didn’t want to disturb her. She had enough on her plate already, and I knew she needed to be there for her family. As for Orion, he left for Europe yesterday evening, together with Klaus.
I smiled faintly as I thought about the way Orion had stopped by my apartment before heading off
