I stared at the clock on the corner of my phone screen, frowning. By this time, Sarah would normally have already knocked on my door, bringing the food Orion had ordered for me from the Alpha mansion. She was never late. The woman in her thirties usually came right on time, and we would chat for a bit — gossiping about random things — before she headed back to her duties.
