15 Never mistake quietness for ignorance, reflection for acceptance, or forbearance as a weakness. With every decision, I try to be sure I’m making the correct one. I don’t want to eliminate someone, and then find out it was an error. I can’t fix that. If I’m quiet, I’m watching. I reflect on the situation to make sure I know what’s happening.
