Chapter 3

770 Words
Tristen POV “Hey guys you can come out she is passed out” I said while holding Livia in my arms. God I never had someone like her, just pass out on me like this. “Tristen, what should we do with her? Obviously we can’t take her back to her house. She knows too much just by being up here” Maddie said. Maddie being the mate of my beta Christ. The reason we couldn’t take her past the point we are in is because we are a werewolf pack on top of this hill. It keeps us safe from the village down below and keeps them not disturbing us. I am the future Alpha of my pack of the Hills while Christ is my beta, Maddie is his mate and here I am in search of mine. I’m not allowed to take over the pack until I find one. The sparks that I was always told about since I was a little pup I can feel with her. I was mind linking that to Christ and Maddie when I first touched her. It was hard to keep my hands off her because all I wanted to do was hold her, but I couldn’t keep holding her because she is not like us. I don’t even know if she feels the sparks. “Don’t you think Tristen?” Maddie said. I was totally not listening to her. I never do. “What was that Maddie” I said hopefully she won’t notice I wasn’t listening. “Ugg you never listen I said we should probably take her to the Alpha and Luna to see what they say. According to everything I have read about mating it is only between wolves” Maddie stated without any problems. “Maybe mom and dad will know more information about the whole mating. I just really worry, I always wanted a mate and now I have one I don’t know if I can let her go back down to the village.” I state as I pick her up into my arms bridal style and we start walking back to the pack house. She is the most beautiful thing I have seen. Her chocolate brown hair that goes all the way to her butt, her memorized brown eyes that I could stare at all day long, she is about 5’7” and is about 175 pounds with curves in all the right places. God I sound like a puppy that just fell in love. Maybe that’s how Christ felt when he first saw Maddie. I remember making fun of him for being a lost puppy when she wasn’t around. Christ opened his mouth on the way there “I can’t believe you found your mate like this. Man you will be so happy and you will also feel complete nothing will stand in your way to be with her.” Great more stress because she has to go back home. As soon as us wolves find our mates we immediately start living with each other. If not we feel empty until we are with them again and our wolves will keep trying to get us to be closer to them no matter what. We made it back to the pack house. The pack house holds the Alpha’s, and Beta’s families and anyone that hasn’t built their homes yet, lost their homes, or are just visiting our pack. It’s the size of a hotel. Of course both of my parents are standing at the door when we walk up. “What the heck happened Tristen!?” My mom said. Always thinking the worst before I get to explain. “I can explain after I lay her down in my bed. Maddie, Christ can you ask them our question while I lay her down. I’ll explain why she passed out.” I said hopefully they won’t embarrass me. I walk to the elevator and head up to my room. As I am laying her down Livia does the cutest thing. She curls up to my pillows and smiles. God I want to kiss those lips again. As I walk down both of my parents are smiling. “You found your mate! Time for a party!” My mom is always happy about these things. “Now why is she out cold?” My dad straight to the point. I explain everything going on and they explain that it is possible for me to have a human mate. That was a huge weight lifted off my chest. Now to wait for her to wake up.
