MYSTERIOUS TESLA (Aden's POV)

As I signed the last couple of documents that needed my signature, I knew it was almost time for my mate's school to be over so I got up and left the office. Till I figure out a way to get her to fall in love with me, I'll just resort to watching her from afar. I drove myself back to her school and packed in the same spot. Bolt was impatient, he was desperate about seeing his mate.

I watched as I alternated between checking my wristwatch and the school building.

Suddenly I could smell her summer scent, I looked up and saw her with her friends. She looked beautiful and even though I saw her this morning, I still couldn't believe she was this perfect. I noticed her and her friends start walking towards me. Why were they coming over here? What do I do? I should probably drive off but then how would I ever speak to my mate if I run away. I had to speak to her eventually, Bolt and I agreed to tell her the truth after that if she decides she doesn't want to ever see me again then fine I would stay away. A boy waved at my car, I don't know his relationship with my mate but they seem close. I got out of the car and I realized I was nervous. My heart was racing, standing in front of her, I realized how tiny she was compared to my statue. She was small, I swore all I wanted to do was carry her in my arms. I smiled at the thought of her in my arms.

"Who are you and which student are you here for?", the other boy with them said. He tried sounding fierce and if I couldn't hear how fast his heart is beating, I would have believed he wasn't afraid. "I didn't mean any harm, I came to speak to Elsa" I looked at her. I would tell her the truth today, but what truth exactly and how would she take it. I saw a hint of pink in her cheeks. Was she blushing because of me? That thought made me feel happy, I soo wanted to touch her cheeks. Bolt was begging for release.

"mm..me?" she spoke. I heard my mate's voice for the first time, She sounded so soft, never have I loved a sound as much as I did her voice. She looked so surprised, she really couldn't feel the mate bond.

"Why?", the girl right behind her asked suspiciously. I understood how this must look like, a random guy asking to speak to a teenager. "It's nothing of great concern, we can go somewhere and talk, here isn't appropriate for this discussion", I tried to calm them down. "we won't let our friend go with you, in fact we won't go anywhere with you", the guy who waved his hands to signal me said. "Fine, but I need to speak to Elsa", I couldn't take it anymore, she was right in front of me but I couldn't touch her.

I could see them thinking about what to do when a woman came up to us and stood in front of them facing me. She could be the mother because that is a protective stance of the mother to anything that could potentially harm her cubs.

"Is there something wrong mister?", She asked fiercely. Her heart beat was still normal so she wasn't afraid. I knew that was the power of motherhood, never afraid to protect her children.

"I guess you're related to one of them. I need to speak to Elsa", I repeated calmly. She exchanged looks with Elsa, sending hidden codes and confirmation. She looked at my suspiciously, "okay, you can follow my car" she said. She led the children to her car and I entered mine. I didn't know where we were going but I knew I had to speak to Elsa today. I followed her car while I arranged what I was going to say to them. How do I say,"I'm an alpha, and your daughter is my mate" Would she believe me?

Bolt howled in my head. I called Austin. I needed back up and emotional support.

"Hey Aden, where are you?", he picked.

"I'm currently following the car my mate's in so I can talk to her," "What??!! you really need to slow down on these sudden news and learn to deliver them properly. What are you trying to do? Give me a heart ache?!!!", Austin lectured me.

"Now is not the time to lecture me, can you follow my gps and get here. I don't know where we're going" I must have sounded very frustrated because he didn't argue. "I'm leaving now, I'll be there soon, wherever there is" he hung up and I knew that he truly would follow me. This seems like a far place, I like it. It gave me time to think.
