MY VAMPIRE BOYFRIEND

I WAS TERRIFIED

Kelly sat down on the log where she was seating earlier, crying and wishing that it was not true. She cried her eyes out not until her eyes sighted a beautiful young lady. She wiped her tears and ran after her.

" hey, please stop” the woman didn’t speak to her but instead she kept on running towards the woman to know where she was going.

" hey please stop” she kept on running to her and asking her to stop but what she saw next surprised her.

She saw that same little girl she had seen earlier, but couldn’t find the lady anymore. But this time around, the girl wasn’t walking to any direction, but instead, she was with a dragon, seating in front of a cage in the form of a dungeon. She watched the little girl caressing the big dragon, she watched the little girl play and talk to the dragon.

" today’s climate is fair, and it is getting dark already, i think we should have fun” said the little girl. " common, let’s go have fun”. She said those words as she caressed the dragon again which made the dragon stood erect and bent down few seconds after for the little girl to be able to climb. Few minutes later, the little girl held the wings of the dragon to support her self so she wouldn’t fall by mistake when climbing and although she succeeded. She climbed and then the dragon took off with the little girl seating on it with her two arms spread out wide to fill the cool breeze touching her and off course she wasn’t going to fall because the dragon knew that her hands wasn’t on him so it decided to fly slowly in a low speed.

" be careful and do not fall” a voice from a distance made those statement and off course, the little girl heard it because the dragon wasn’t high enough for her not to see or hear someone talking to her.

" i will” . she replied as her arms were still wide opened, with her eyes closed feeling the nice atmosphere.

" this little girl looks like me, but why is she dressed in the ancient look? Wait! If i am really dead, that means here is the land of the dead, Oh - my - God, then why are they not seeing me? If i am dead, i should be a spirit like them but why then did my hand pass through that little girl when i tried touching her, and why is no one saying anything to me. It is obvious that i am invisible.

“Come and meet me over there if you want the answers to your question”

She heard a voice saying those words but couldn’t find any one but she felt the presence of someone around her.

" please show yourself” she cried. " i know you can see me, please just show your face”. The background became quite again and then she felt the presence leaving her, that was when she knew that the person was already leaving. She had no option but to start crying.

Isaac and his men where still on their way but since the day was getting dark, they decided to rest a little bit and then continue their journey. Sleeping was not an option because they were stronger and better at night. Their eyes works even better at night than in the day.

ISAAC: you all should rest here, look! He pointed, there is a stream over there, we shall drink from it and continue our journey after resting her for at lest 2 hours.

They all ran to the spot where they were to rest because it haven’t been a soft journey. Meanwhile as the men were busy lying and spreading out their hands to embrace the air, Isaac walked majestically to a place to view the environment as if he wasn’t exhausted at all.

" won’t you take some rest? We have been walking all night and i think you should rest a little bit. You need to reserve your energy for the journey you will be embarking on” said one of the men.

“Thanks for your concern, Isaac smiled at him and they both walked out of the viewing sight. Isaac walked straight to a space where he found empty, he knew his men had left that space for him because they needed him to rest a little bit. So he went straight and laid there to straighten his body and also relax is head.

IN THE HOSPITAL,

MERCY: (loud voice) Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, she shouted her name.

KELLY :(crying) please don’t leave me, please here is horrible, i know you can hear me, please don’t go i…… she then realized that someone was calling her.

MERCY : Kelly, Ke…..

Kelly woke up and realized that her eyes were filled with tears, she had no choice but to just let them out.

KELLY: (rubbing her two hands through her hairs with tears still flowing out). Mercy, it was horrible, i was just terrified. I couldn’t just belie….

MERCY: horrible? Terrified? I don’t get, please make me understand.

KELLY:(still crying), i, i saw, i saw ….. oh my God, i thought i was dead. She griped Mercy, hugging her so tight like a child would hold their parents when ever they see something scary.

MERCY:shhhhhhhh, it’s okay, stop crying, she said those words as she hugged Kelly so tight, caressing her hair like a mother trying to calm a child down by touching their hair and telling them everything was going to be alright. Mercy then hugged her and made her go back to sleep but this time, Mercy’s hand was across her and that alone made her comfortable not knowing when she slept off. Mercy seeing that her friend was asleep, she decided to sleep too but her hands never left Kelly because she felt that the little girl would wake if her hands were to be removed. Mercy spent hours trying to send her friend back to sleep and that really got her exhausted but thank God the poor girl fell asleep if not, Mercy would still be awake and it might affect her some how.

Kelly fell asleep gently like a baby with the help of Mercy. Maybe she could sleep peacefully this time without seeing horrible things or maybe she couldn’t.

ISAAC: i believe you all have rested enough, now lets continue our journey.

They all agreed and left that resting spot and then continued moving.
