I SOUNDED CRAZY

IN THE HOSPITAL,

the sun was smiling at the two girls as they both woke up and took their bath before going back to Mercy’s house to prepare for school.

KELLY: let’s take our bath here so that when we get to your house, we will just dress up.

Mercy agreed and they both left few hours later after taking their bath, they repeated their party wear and immediately, Kelly called the number given to her by Mr Alex and it didn’t take much time before the driver who was assigned to drop them off arrived. They entered and the car took them straight to where they parked their car and they entered and drove to the house.

Hours later, Mercy got home and realized that her parents wasn’t around, she didn’t struggle to enter inside the house because she knew where the key was kept. After dressing up, Mercy did not drive but instead, she entered a cab that took them straight to school.

AT SCHOOL,

The two girls entered and luckily for them, they arrived early, they were still having 2 more hours to spend alone before the lecturer would come in.

MERCY: i will be right back, let me make use of the rest room.

KELLY : ok.

Mercy left, leaving Kelly still seated at the chair close to the window. Kelly felt the cool breeze coming from the window, it made her feel relaxed which reminded her of what happened at the garage. Seeing a celebrity begging for marriage, she remembered how courageous she was in talking to that man that hardly smiles, she knew what she did was crazy but she never regretted it.

" you are crazy Kelly” a whisper in her head told her but the oddest thing was that she didn’t feel it. She was not in sane and was completely clear headed.

This was the most daring thing she had ever done in her life, and the most terrifying too. Yet, she was calm, not even any firm of fear was in her.

She remembered how the man directed a gaze of disbelieve at her, his eyes pierced through her as if he was trying to pry through her soul, but when he saw the unwavering look in her, he shook his head.

He could not understand this little girl before him, everyone yelled for heaven yet this girl wanted hell after he told her that he lives in hell.

He seems to be thinking of something else when he looked into her eyes again before a wicked, devastating smiled appeared on his Amazing face.

“Sorry but..” he paused and gazed again from her head down to her toes. “sorry, i am not interested in unattractive girls” that was when Kelly realized that she wasn’t putting on a better makeup and her hair war scattered because of the fight. I called it a fight because that blow she gave to that man took allot from her, maybe that’s why her hair was looking awful.

KELLY: how could that man talk to me like that.

Kelly could not bear it when she remembered that aspect that the man saw her as an unattractive girl. Her anger was obvious but she had to control it.

" you are unattractive” his comment and that playful smirk on his face aggravated her. She was usually unaffected by this kind of judgemental comment that boys and girls often threw at her. She simply didn’t care of what they said about her look.

" just wait, i will prove to you how attractive i can be” Kelly was quick to restort, she didn’t even know how she managed to speak like that, she was used to not given attention to what ever any body could say to her but getting her angry was what they never tried doing because beating them up was never her weakness. Talking back to people was always her weakness but saying what she just said, was a very shocking thing to her.

" little girl, you are just so unbelievable " he said before his expression abruptly shifted again. the corner of his lips turned down in disapproval. " but i am serious, i am not into little girls, so just go home.

Kelly was so disappointed, she could not believe that he would talk to her like that. He had no emotions at all, he was just rude and annoying.

Kelly remembering that she was still inside the class room made her control her anger the more.

KELLY: i could have beaten him up right there, he should be lucky that i never did.

" but what if his two guards bundle me up and probably beat me up after that " she shook her head. " but even though they beat me up, i will make sure i beat him up before his guards get to me.

Kelly sat, talking to her self and still remembering what happened between her self and Alex when she realized that Mercy wast not yet back from the rest room.

KELLY: oh my God! Mercy, why is she taking this long? I thought she told me that she was going to make use of the rest room then what is still keeping her from returning back to the class.

When Kelly remembered what had happened to Mercy at the bar of Bovwah, she became so scared that she had to run out of the class to go look for her friend. She went straight to the rest room, she searched both the female and male rest room just to be sure but could not still find Mercy. Tears started forming in her eyes, Kelly was very soft when it comes to emotions. She kept on searching, looking for her friend but could still not find her.

" have you seen my friend “? She asked one of the student but the answer did not still satisfy her. She couldn’t hold the tears any more, it just kept on flowing.

(Shouting) Kelly, Kelly

Kelly heard her name and turned back immediately. She saw Mercy and that alone made her release a heavy sigh of relief.

KELLY: (crying)i have been searching for you, you scared me. I actually searched for you in the rest rooms but you weren’t there. when i remembered what happened, i was so down. I thought something bad had happened.

MERCY: sorry, she wiped Kelly’s tears. I actually went to get us something to eat since we couldn’t eat at home.

KELLY: please next time, tell me before leaving my presence.

Mercy hugged Kelly amd promised her she would never leave her sight as they both went to eat before the lecture started.
