_If you don't need anything else, I can leave. _You haven't responded yet, I continue. _I have nothing to say, I really didn't mean to barge into her room, she responded while her cheeks burned. _You should not be ashamed. It will help you continue inventing our story, you can tell her what she saw and what she did to you, he said at a short distance, making Ana feel very uncomfortable. _It is better to make it clear that there is nothing between you and me. _That's what I told you at the beginning, but you have insisted on continuing with this. Now I will be part of your lie. I think you should at least use what we paid you and change your outfit. _If I embarrass you, let's put an end to it. _What didn't you like? I continued asking, making Ana about to run away. _Gabriel! It was heard on the ground floor, it was Mrs. Herderson. Ana looked at the schedule and got scared. _I must go, if the lady sees me here I will have a lot of problems, she said, very nervous. Gabriel watched as Ana looked for an escape. _I will do what you ask me, he told her, asking for her help. _Here I am, grandmother! He said, staring at her. Ana had become very nervous, she could not believe that he was capable of refusing to help her after her plea. "I'm coming down!" he said, looking at Ana. _You will do what I say. In five minutes I want you out of here. Ana nodded, waiting for her to leave while she tried to catch her breath. The voice of her housekeeper played in her mind remembering the consequence of invading her privacy. Seeing no sign of Gabriel and her grandmother, she decided to go down the stairs slowly. She then headed to the exit door, and another surprise was waiting for her there... Gabriel's aunt. Cursed under her breath, after that greeted her kindly and she left, while begged that she not make any comments to her mother. As she left the mansion, she felt great relief, she didn't remember ever being as nervous as was at that moment. She ran to the bus stop, while she watched the clock, she needed to be at the supermarket in ten minutes, otherwise, she would have to endure the boss's terrible mood. After fifteen minutes she arrived at the supermarket...she quickly went to her workplace. _But you're so busy, Ashley commented, while Marcos watched with a displeased face. After an hour, Gabriel enters the supermarket as if he were just another employee. She had told him in a message to keep his identity a secret, so he didn't comment. Gabriel passed by as if he did not exist, and the mysticism made the couple even more observed. _Friend, I didn't know that you were dating Anabella, it was a surprise to many, Eric commented and that bothered him a lot. _I am not your friend, and my private life is only of interest to me and mine, he replied before leaving him alone. Without a doubt, that would bring a lot of problems... Ana was an excuse that would allow him to recover her life and return to her old house, but she would become an easy target for enemies. He had to stay as far away from her as possible compared to the others, after all they were nothing, he thought. If his grandmother knew it was enough, he could take care of Ana's safety until then. It was risky if they made their relationship public, he told himself. He could no longer continue to comply with his grandmother's whims, he wanted her freedom. He had no intention of becoming emotionally involved with her, firstly because he didn't meet her standards and secondly because he felt incapable of loving someone, not in the way a woman would want. Much of his day was spent in management meeting with the system guys, a message his grandmother sent him. Ana waited anxiously at her stall, going over in her mind what had happened at her house. Although Gabriel didn't want anyone to know who he really was, his behavior made it obvious. Gabriel could be anything from a simple employee to a general manager. He was a reserved man, his way of being has kept his companions in line, he did not mind making friends because he would not stay there for long. After finishing with the system guys, he marched to the checkout line to hand the management key to the manager on duty. Ana was distracted talking to a client, who seemed to be flirting with her. Gabriel watched from afar, the signs of that man were obvious, she was not far behind. As if she had sensed it, the boss ordered her to take a break. Gabriel felt it as a lack of respect, even though they really were nothing. Ana headed towards the kitchen, while he made some new directives clear to the boss. After that, without Ana noticing, he marched behind her. What am I doing? he asked himself, thinking that if his actions could be misunderstood by her, it was better to stay away from her. Marcos, who was very busy in her area, upon seeing her, followed her. Gabriel looked at him with exhaustion, he couldn't understand that man's insistence. But for some reason, he kept getting closer to her. If he continued like this, he would end up falling in love with her, he thought and frowned. “It's none of my business,” he said to himself and suddenly he was behind them. _I found out that you have moved to your aunt's place. I thought you wouldn't do it. _It's momentary. How gossip flies! Ana laughed. _And that i***t of a boyfriend allows it?. I would have you like a queen. Think about you and me being happy. Damn i***t! Gabriel whispered before facing him, he was about to lose control when a hand stopped him. _Don't worry, she only has eyes for you, I assure you. It was Ashley who caressed her shoulder in a very inappropriate way. Gabriel greeted her, trying to hide her discomfort. _Don't say anything to Ana.
