Aj

Last night was one of the best night of my life. Aside the fact that i slept well, i finally have her, the woman who made me experienced so many sleepless nights. It was pure bliss, having her in my arms as we face the sunrise.

I heard my phone beeping. I knew it. It’s Zeus for sure.

I’m on my way now to my company. I checked the message. It was from our w******p Loop.

Zeus: Earth to Aj!!

Luca: Putang ina Zeus ang aga aga! Ano problema mo?

Zeus: Dito lang naman ako sa hospital ngayon at ginawang watcher ng pasyente ng magaling nating kaibigan.

Atreus: Seriously, I’m curious who’s this woman that can make Aj crazy, knowing him. He didn’t take women seriously. Is it for real? Baka naman panandalian lang. Alam natin kong ga'no kahibang ang isang yon sa brown eyed woman in her dream.

Allen: I think so. @ Atreus, and the girl is not just a random girl that we used to do some hook up. You know things like that. She's a descent woman with good reputation. Aside from that she’s very eye catching and hot. A feisty type. Kaya mapapasubo ang isang ‘yon.

Zeus: Wow Doc! di naman halata na you are attracted to Bella Baby also.

Wala talaga sa ayus na Zeus. Alam ko naman nagbibiro lang sila. I know them. But Luca and Allen, I know Bella was their type of women. Nagshare pa nga yan sila dati ng babae. They were not serious with the girl of course.

Nakarating din ako sa office. I know it’s a busy day for me. I am now the newly appointed CEO of Lewis Empire Trading and Co. more popularly known as (LETCO) the biggest and no. 1 Trading Company in the country for over a decade now. Thanks to my great grandfather and dad. I have known our business since I was a kid. Bata pa lang ako na train na ako dito. Halos dito nga ako sa office nalagi during weekend and my Dad is teaching me about the company. It’s just that, he is very supportive in everything I do na pati pagiging piloto sinuportahan niya. Sa pangarap ko at hilig ko. I am so lucky to have him as my father kaya naman i' m doing my best to continue the fruit of his sweat and blood journey and the company’s legacy. I had a background in business. Habang wala akong flights or rest day. I took subject in Business Ad online from Harvard Business online school.  I even graduated with flying colors and had my MBA afterwards kaya di na bago sa 'kin. Kaya wala din may tumutol na umupo ako as the new CEO of the company dahil behind their back, along side with Dad,  I am working for the company.

“ Good morning!” bati ko sa mga nakakasalubong ko naga empleyado.  Napapatingin sila sa hitsura ko. I know di pa ako nagbihis, worst di pa naliligo.  I have an exclusive elevator on the left side. Ako lang ang  pwedeng sumakay, and my dad. I went up and there I saw my secretary, a middle age classy woman, Vivian. Mas gusto ko siya, she’s married  and serious with her work, kaya I’m safe. Ayoko ng bata na secretary at walang ibang gawin kung hindi pagpantasyahan at akitin ako. A great distraction.

“ Good Morning Boss!” bati na may sabay ngiti na ngiti. Nasa loob na po ang suit niyo and be ready for the meeting in 30 minutes. That’s it for now.

“ Okay. Thank you Vivian.” I said with a smile and he nodded.

My office has a separate spacious room, which  consists of a bedroom with bathroom , a mini kitchen, a big sofa and a mini bar. Kahit hindi na ako umuwi, I’m safe here. Wala pa akong dinadalang babae dito. I don’t f**k in the office. Ang mga gago palang ang mga nakapunta dito at natulog, lalo na pag type nilang manggulo.

I took a bath and ready myself for the meeting. I remember Bella and texted her first.

“ I’m at the office now, you okay? Sleep well my Bella. “ I typed and send.

I waited a couple of minutes but no reply. Aist! I feel really irritated. Don’t tell me she will ignore me again. I was holding my phone and looking at the screen, waiting for a single message from her.

“ Okay, easy man. Baka natutulog.” I told myself and just shrugged it off and I’m about to go out the room for a meeting and leave my phone in the drawer when I heard a beep.  I looked at it and yes, my happy pill, her name pop out from the screen.

“ Hey, I’m still sleepy and so lazy to get up. Break a leg! Muwah! she replied.

I was smiling like an idiot. God this is really not me. Kailan pa ako kinilig. I didn’t reply. I left my phone and ready for the meeting. Good mood activated Mr. Ajax Caden Lewis, I told my self. Na umiiling pa, pati tuloy si Vivian nakangiti na nakatingin sa akin. Nahihiwagaan siguro. Minsan lang din talaga akong ngumiti ng ganito.

Allen

Early in the morning nambulabog na naman si Zeus. He’s been calling me since 7am in the morning. I just ignored him. I have to get up early and check my patient for pre operative prepararion, though kahapon natapos na ang iba. I have craniactomy operation at 3:30pm.

I got up and ready myself to get to the hospital.  I came from home, doon ako natulog last night.  After a half an hour dumating ako sa hospital. I was in the elevator when i notice my phone is beeping, base sa tunog alam ko na  from w******p loop namin. Naglolokohan na naman and for sure si Zeus na naman ang salarin. Napapailing na lang ako.

The elevator stop at the 2nd floor and two resident doctors went in. They're knew I guess, kakakita ko pa lang sa dalawang to. I won’t deny it but they are both beautiful, I mean strikingly  beautiful specially the baby doll look a like, damn those grey orbs. Look so innocent. Sarap patirikin.  They both greeted me.

“ Good Morning Doctor! “,  they said in unison and smile, oh the baby doll is kinda shy.

"Good morning!,  I greeted and shot them with my stern look. I barely know them anyway.

I reached the OR and  checked the schedule of my Operation this afternoon.

"Morning Doc!, they greeted me and I  nodded. They are some of the OR staff present in this room. I don’t know all the OR staff.  I only knew those who are competent and assertive nurses.  Like Bella, yes and she will be the scrub nurse this afternoon. It was clearly writtin on the white board.  Nice tandem, and the circulationh nurse is Jerry Bella's best buddy in OR. My partner in crime is my buddy, Luca. This is his first case in MNH as an anesthesiologist.  Everything is settled for this afternoon case. I texted Lucan.

Me:

Where are you bro?

Luca:

House. Why?

Me: Everything is ready for this afternoon. I checked the patient. Just tell me your assessment after you see the patient. What time you're coming here? Ill be at tito Morgan’s room.

Luca:

Copy, i'll be there by 11am I guess. I’m just doing some work out. You know. Lol!

Allen:

So your working out huh. No other work out? The yummy one?

Lucan:

Yah, it’s been months since the last time I got laid. I envy Atreus now, every night is a blessing. Hahah!

Me:

Loko! Di mag asawa kana din! C u later bro!

Luca:

It never cross my mind, not this early. Ok C u!

After OR,  I went to my Office to get some documents, checked  my phone, and there i saw our loop at binasa ko ang mga pinagsasasabi. Sa pangunguna ni Zeus. Inaasar na naman si Aj.  I know how serious he is with Bella, I never saw him being like that. As much as I am attracted to that woman, I know she’s off limits. I was attracted to her the very first time I saw her. Umagang umaga sa entrace ng Hospital. Noong binigyan niya ng pagkain yong isang janitor  that was 2 yrs ago.

Mas nagustuhan ko pa sya when i found out that she's an OR nurse,  she  assisted one of my operation. She is confident at very competent as a nurse. Assertive and may pagka OC din, which I really like. At sya lang ata ang babae na nakilala ko na deadma ako. Really. She’s not distracted nor affected by my presence.

Tiningnan ko ulit at nagbasa sa w******p loop. Wala talaga sa ayos 'tong si Zeus basta talaga kalokohan. Numero uno.  Di niya tinatantanan ang may asawa at may jowa sa grupo. I know Bella has an IG naririnig ko kasi sa OR yan minsan. I didn’t bother to follow her, since mostly sa OR nag follow sa akin. Siya lang ata ang hindi ako pinafollow, not sure before. I logged in and searched her name. Yes, tama si Zeus, she's already following me. I guess I need to follow her also, na curious din kasi ako sa pinagsasabi ni Zeus, I think lahat ata kami ng send ng follow request.  Hindi ata online dahil walang confirmation. Her profile is private. Punta muna ako kay Zeus. He's  inside Tito Morgans office. Siya ang nakatalagang watcher at kasama ni Tito.

Aj

I closed the deal a while ago with our new investor. Alam ko naman na mapapa invest ko siya. I am inside my office at pahapon na when I checked my phone. No call and message from Bella. Ano kaya ginagawa niya. Ah, afternoon duty pala siya. Puntahan ko kaya mamaya. Sunduin ko ulit siya.  Uwi ako ng maaga para makadaan sa bahay bago pumunta ng hospital. Para maligo at makapagbihis. My dad will be discharge on Saturday,  after a repeat series of tests.

I just drop by the house and change ito a comfortable clothes, grey sweatpants, inner white shirt and a dark grey hoodie paired with white running shoes. Malamig kasi sa hospital just in case doon ako matulog.  I'll use my  Bugatti Chiron black car. I went out the house and leaned on my car for a minute  and decided to  message Bella.

   Me:

How’s my baby?

I'll wait a couple of minutes before getting inside  my car. Playing with my phone and counting. Aissssh! Ganun ba siya ka busy na di niya ma check ang phone niya? I give her a ring. I waited like an idiot for her to answer. One call, no answer,  I dialled again. No answer, again and again until I dialed 20 times already. f**k! I’m losing my patience now. This is making me insane. I dialled one last time and someone answered. My eyebrow raised when I heard the voice who answered her phone. I know who he is.

Me:

fuck! Why are you with her? Who give you the right to answer her phone!

Kung di ka ba naman tanga na putang ina ka, we are having an operation! 8 long hours of brain procedure. Your call is a disturbance in our ears. You can fetch her later.  Stop calling!

Me:

fuck! I don’t know okay? Tell her I’m on my way to the hospital, I’ll fetch her later.

Bella's Phone (Luca )

Me:

Aaaah! I forgot that she's an OR nurse. The hell happened to you man! Nurse si Bella. Di niya hawak ang phone niya parati. Paninermon ko sa sarili. I’ve got no choice, i to drive to the Hospital. As usual agaw pansin ang aking sasakyan. Umakyat ako sa 2nd floor kung saan ang room ni Dad. The moment I opened the door I saw my friend Zeus happily talking to my Dad.

Wow! close na close ha. Baka ikaw na maging anak niyan at maging taga pagmana.” lng aasar ko kay Zeus at tinaasan ko ng isang kilay, makaganti  manlang .

“ Dapat lang, kasi ako naman ang nagbabantay dito. Inuutusan mo pa ako. Papasara ko nalang ang Airline natin Bro, magcare giver nalang ako.  Okay ba?" pabiro niyang sabi.

“In your dreams Asshole! Bukas wag kana pumunta dito. Doon kana sa lungga mo. Mukhang mapanganib ka. May maitim na balak."  dagdag ko pa.

Naiiling nalang si Daddy sa aming dalawa. Ganyan kasi kami ni Zeus. Kung si Luca at Allen magka sundo. Kami naman ni Zeus grabe ang bangayan namin. Parehas kasi kami may pagka immature pag wala sa mga company namin. Parati kaming magkasama at parang mga bata na nagdedebate. Parehas kasi kami na nag -iisang anak lang,  kaya siguro ganun kaming dalawa. If may pagka maloko ako. Mas triple pa ang pagka maloko ni Zeus.

“ So ano wala kang session ngayon? Tanong niya.

“ What? Anong session pinagsasabi mo.” Alis ka nga diyan. Pinaalis ko siya sa tabi ni Dad.

“ Kayong dalawa talaga para pa rin kayong nasa elementarya. Ewan ko lang pag may mga anak na kayo't ganyan pa din kayo magbangayan.” Iiling - iling na sabi ni Dad.

“ Akala ko kasi doon ka na naman sa destiny mo matutulog. Di ko naman alam na dito ka pala ngayon kung alam ko lang sana sa Bar ako ng pinsan ko nagtambay.” Sabi pa niya.

“ Wala, duty siya ngayon. Tinawagan ko nga. Ang mokong na si Luca ang sumagot. Magkasama pala silang tatlo ngayon, may operation si Allen. Mukhang matagal ang procedure kasi pansin ko until now wala pa sila.” Naiinis kung kwento.

“ Yun! Selos ka? Hahahah Tatawa tawa niyang sabi.

“ Selos my ass! sabi ko. Akin na lang yon, ayoko aminin s amokong na ito at baka everyday may kantiyawan na magaganap. Oo nagseselos ako kina Allen kasi nakakasama nila si Bella sa trabaho, ng matagal at pwedeng araw- araw. Ako ito nag aantay kung kailan siya pwede. Kung kaikan niya sasagutin ang tawag at text ko. Bakit ngaba ako nagkakaganito. Never ko tong ginawa sa kahit sinong babae. Sanay akong ako ang hinahabol.

“ Alam mo kung ako sayo.Lalagyan ko na ng label kong anong  mayroon kayo. Baka makuha pa ng iba. Alam mo naman ang dalawa na yon, tahimik lang pero matinik. Lalo na si Allen, mas una niyang nakilala si Bella kaysa sayo at take note parati silang magkasama sa OR and lastly she is Allen's ideal type of girl. “ pagpapaalala niya.

“ Don’r worry we will get there. I marked her already. I know Allen, di niya hahayaan na mabahiran ang pagkakaibigan natin. Wala akong pakialam kong una silang nagkakilala. Una ko siyang nakita. She’s the girl at the airport, the picture in my penthouse.” Nasabi ko ko Zeus.

“ Wow! So nakita mo na pala siya.” Nagulat niyang sabi.

“ Yup! She’s also the girl in Barcelona and most specially the girl in Istanbul, the one i'm talking with you. Patuloy kong sabi sa kanya.”

“ Is it fate or destiny? Wow wala akong masabi. “ sabi niya na nakataas ang dalawang kamay na parang susuko.

“ I don’t know, I don’t believe in fate but I want to believe in destiny because I’m gonna make it happend. May diin kung sabi kay Zeus
