Lucas POV
We arrive at the pack hospital and I run Mia inside. The the nurse shows to me to a private room they have set up for her.
“What happened” Dr. Kim says
“I’m not sure. Her hand is bleeding and she looks beat up. She is your future Luna.”
“Yes Alpha. why don’t you go wait in the wait outside and I’ll send a nurse to get you when we are done assessing.”
I walk out and sit next to my parents.
“What happened to her son.” My dad asked me.
“I don’t know. The nurse will come get me when they are ready.”
~About 45 mins later Dr. Kim comes out.~
“Alpha. Luna has several broke ribs, a busted lip, a Blake eyes, a hole in her hand that looks like it was caused by a blade. I stitched it up and she is currently getting a blood transfusion. I have her something for the pain but you can go and see her”
“Thank you Dr.” I say and my parents nod.
“We will go get your room ready for her. Do you know her clothing size Lucas?”
“I think that’s a good idea. No I don’t. Probably small. She’s about 5”2 and is skinny. But I’m hoping to change that.”
“So small/medium. I’ll get Alice (Jaxs mate) to help me shop.”
I walk in and see my tiny mate laying on the bed. I can see the bruises on her face and her bandaged hand. I sit next to her and take her good hand in mine and hold it tight.
“You are safe now baby. I will never let anyone hurt you again”
Mias POV
Darkness. It’s peaceful and quiet. I don’t want to wake up.
I don’t know how much time has passed but I hear a voice.
“You are safe now baby. I will never let anyone hurt you again”
Who is that. That’s not my dad. Wait that’s Lucas!
I feel sparks coming from my hand. What is that. I try to open my eyes and it’s bright. I see Lucas laying his head down on the bed holding my hand. Am I in a hospital? Wait my dad. I bolt up in bed accidentally disturbing Lucas.
“How are you feeling Mia?” Lucas says with a smile.
“I’m feeling better. How did I get here and where is here?”
“Well ummm...” is this a hard question?
Before he can continue a Dr walks in.
“How are you feeling Luna?”
“I’m feeling much better. Who’s Luna though?”
The dr looks at Lucas.
“I’ll let Lucas explain that. Your charts looks good. You will be able to leave the the hospital this afternoon.” She bowed her head and left the room.
“Well care to explain because I am so confused.” I say crossing my arms over my chest.
Lucas POV
“Well.. I’m a werewolf. The Alpha of the Black Crescent pack and you are my mate. The packs Luna”
She is just looking at me. Say something please.
“So your the Alpha of the pack. As in you are in charge and I’m your mate. Your sole mate?”
“Yes, exactly!”
She doesn’t seem to surprised.
“I thought you would think I was crazy?”
“I read a lot of supernatural books. Werewolf and fairy ones are my favorite.”
“Sooo do you except me as your mate?”
Please say yes, please say yes.
She is just smiling. God what does that mean. Leo is going crazy.
“Yes” she says in a small voice. I stand up and kiss her patiently.
Mias POV
Omg he’s a werewolf. Well that makes since. Why he has been so adamant about wooing me. How he must have saved me from my father. The sparks and pull I feel when we are together.
“Yes” I say in a small voice.
He stands up with a wide smile on his face and leans over and kisses me. The kiss is patient and hungry. Could my life finally be going well. Could I finally be happy?
