As the fire approached us with burning intensity, I saw my life flash before my eyes. However, fear did not grip me, and I instinctively pushed the boy away from the danger. The events unfolded so rapidly that I believed it was the end, but to my astonishment, when I opened my eyes, I discovered a protective wall of fire encircling us.
