XIII. A battle ravaged Nomad returns to Vaulkner with an uncomfortable silence between The Guardian and Seren encompassing their return. Seren lands the Nomad in the Docking bay and reactivates the force-field. Water is purged from the landing platform and they make their way downstairs. The Guardian and Seren pass through the holographic-chamber (that is still occupied with the battle of the Alamo), they continue to make their way to the computer room. The Guardian breaks the silence to tell Seren, “You should probably start repairs on the Nomad.” Seren nods and starts to go when Alice teleports into the computer room. She carries a scimitar in her hand and a very unpleasant disposition on her face, “Don’t leave Seren, we need to have a talk with the Guardian.” “You didn’t follow
