Barron Pov: "Your job boy is to get yourself in that castle, I don't care how you do it just f*****g do it, report straight back to me as soon as you find out where they are keeping her, give me schedules, guard duty all of it, I want a report every 3 weeks, my insight already has told me there will be a wedding ceremony in December, give me everything, understood?" I can hear this young witch boy heart racing 100 miles an hour threw the phone, trying my best to be patient, between her killing my men, and me killing what's left of them that got away from her, and those pathetic royals, they tell me everything they know, I end up ripping their hearts out anyways, most of them I don't have much use for, "DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME? Popping my neck, I stand up, she quickly wraps her arms and legs around her, "pathetic" I think to myself, I walk over and stand in front of her, I see tears in her eyes, "Why is she more special than me if I'm your mate? why is her painting on your ceiling?" she softly ask, I grab the back of her hair and jerked her head back, tears steaming down her face, I lean down close to my witches face unbuckling my pants and letting everything fall out, I whisper in her ear and said,"She will be your queen, and you my love will have the pleasure of being my pet as well, like you are now." Brayden Price Pov: Hanging the phone up, after speaking to that Barron man, I stand in the office of my grandparents grocery store handing the phone over to one of his men. I been stuck with his men since that day I bumped into her, the day I lost my grandparents and everyone here in this village, besides Mindi, we are the only ones left alive, Im thankful she left, she would be dead with everyone, Barron came threw not long after Mindi met up with me told me she was headed up the trail, she would be back later, she had met her mate and they were gonna have dinner or something, that's when these bad men came threw, I quickly sent Mindi a fire message and told her alot of people are in danger, I haven't spoken or heard nothing from her, these men slaughtered and destroyed everyone's homes and stores, I tried to hold them off at our store but my witch powers weren't strong enough, they broke threw they beat me until I had one last breath in me, when Barron came in and I had to tell him everything, or else he was gonna have my grandparents killed, I had to answer to, how many times she came in town, what she bought, who she was with, for days I was held in the store, he ended up killing my grandparents anyways, I watch as they both fell to the floor when he ripped there hearts out, my grandma's tears falling down her face, my papas eyes never left hers, I didn't sleep for awhile, and to stay alive I have to betray Mindi, go to the royal land and find this girl, give her back, she must be special if this man is going threw all this trouble to find her, I mean hell I think I run to. Today I'm leaving for royals pack, I pack me clothes and some food, it's 3 days trip, that means I have 3 days to figure out what I'm going to do once I get there .

Layla's Pov: "War is coming." I quickly open my eyes up, my heart racing, blinking a few times, my eyes getting use to the lighting, oh god this scent is amazing, I notice I'm not in the hospital no more, I lean up quickly, when I get a bad head rush, I become dizzy, "Whoaaa," I say out loud, "Oh Layla your awake, easy girl you gonna get dizzy." Mindi chirpy voice says. "To late," I say back to her, I hear her do a small chuckle, slowly pushing my legs over to the side of the bed, "Hold on, I'll help you, take it easy ok, your still healing." Mindi says as she helps me get my legs over the bed, "Damn, can they go any higher?" I say looking down at my feet that are about 3 feet from the floor, we both chuckle, I get situated sitting up, I look over at Mindi an seen the dark circles under her eyes, the stress from her twitchy hands, she quickly looks away, "don't turn your head on me, start talking" I say with concern, shes quiet for awhile, "Layla, Ajax took over Owen, he hasn't slept, hasn't just stopped for one second, Ryan has been by his side but as you can see it's wearing both of us out, were marked so everything he feels I feel, weather it's happy, sad, stress, tired all of it, I feel it to, there's been alot of tension around here, Owen's dad and Ajax has been arguing none stop, Ajax even punched a Alphas beta that has been staying here, Owen has been signed to a treaty and well Ajax refused it, and war will break out if Owens father can't get Ajax to give Owen back, Ajax has trained everyday, then leaves at dark, want return till time to go back to training, The alpha here has heard about you, not the real you just knows Owen has a women here under his care, his beta rumored that you was his mate, and Land which is the Russian alpha, approached Ajax and let's say instead of land getting his ass beat the Beta got it, he's still in ICU, the doctor here is doing all she can, to say the least." Mindi says, I sigh heavily, "I remember Owen coming in and telling me everything will be ok, but honestly I'm the reason for all of this, everyone is getting hurt because Im here Mindi, I told Ryan I don't want to be here, I can't, soon Barron will find out im here, he will come, and he will destroy everything he touches, I don't want this for these people, I need to go, I'm strong now, once im gone Ajax can give Owen back and this treaty you speak of can go on and no war or deaths will be on me." I say out, I don't know what to say about Ajax taking over, the guy already hates me, the wolf will to, and plus T has still not came threw or anything, I'm worried about her. "Your think hard Layla, your safe for now, trust me between a over protective brother and a really scary alpha wolf, you don't have to go nowhere, not yet." "Owens", I looked over at Ryan who had a scared look on his face, "YOU BROUGHT ME IN HERE, IN HIS ROOM, HAVE YOU LOST YOUR STUPID MINDS" I yell so loud, I jump down off the high bed and run out of the room, I run in a hall way when 2 big Guys grab me and tell me not to leave the room, jokes on y'all buddy, I elbow one guy in the stomach hard, he lets go of me, I quickly bite the other guys hand and take off down the long hallway, I hear Ryan yelling for me to come down, I see the hallway venture to steps, I run fast to it, I take 2 steps at a time, getting to the bottom of them, 2 more hallways appear one going right and the other going left, thinking fast I vere off to the left, still running I come to a big door, swinging it open I stop in my tracks when a beautiful garden appears, I walk out into it, smelling the flowers and being mesmerize by the beautiful statues all threw it, there's men and wolves all around, walking further into it, I stumble on a statue, it's a tall long hair beautiful women, her face small and full of happiness, beside her is a wolf statue sitting right next to her, her hand placed on its head, "The creation of this beautiful world, the lives of human and wolf, together for all eternity- Moongoddess!" "Wow!" I say out loud, suddenly I hear a low growl, before I could get away, I was slung hard into a tree, jumping back up I get in my fight stance, I come face to face with a young guy, "There's no place for rogues here," He says as he takes off running to me, I quickly side step him,and throw a punch to his ribs, he Hollars out but brushes it off, coming back toward me, he tries to land a punch to my face but I dodge it and grab his arm throw him over my shoulders, I jump on top of him punching him a few times, when another man slings me off him, the boy gets up wiping the blood from his nose, they both stand there, "I'm not making the first move," I say with a smile, both men huffed and charged back at me, jumping over one, but not fast enough when the other guy grabs my leg and throws me back down, hitting the ground hard, I lay there for a moment, "Let's see what Alpha Ajax has to say about this one." the guy sneers, no I don't want to be taking to him, "Please guys just let me go I'll run away and never come back." I say defeated, "your all fight but once we say our kings name you want to bow down, pathetic." I see red, "I DONT BOW TO NO-ONE!" Jumping to my feet I felt anger tear threw me, I threw a branch at the guy he went limp to the ground, the boy smirks and gestures for me to come on, we take off at the same time, we go into some wrestling moves, when I hit him again in the ribs, I gained the upper hand, taking him into now a choke hold, a loud growl shook the ground under us, "You dead now, rogue" the boy says threw each breath, he was starting to pass out when I was suddenly pinned to a boulder, not daring to open my eyes, his scent giving off who it was, his strong hold on me, and not to mention the crazy electric currents racing threw my body, he has me by my throat, not really hard, my other hand pinned behind my back, his legs between mine, I had nowhere to go, I was stuck, "My mate beating up my troops, escaping my room, where do you think you was headed?, your here and your mine." His very deep husky voice speaks, he leans back and takes his time scamming my body, well that's what it felt like, I couldn't speak, I was scared to swallow, my legs feeling like jello, "open your beautiful eyes for me, I am nothing like him." The alpha says, slowly opening my eyes, I am faced with those deep blue eyes, the one that holds so much darkness, but has light to them when I stare back at him, his wolf might have taken over, but owens, strong structure perfect handsome face is still there, his hair all in a mess, and sweaty, I look down at his lips how close they were to my face, I could smell his breath, "I-I can't be here." I whisper out, he brings me closer to him, eyes baring into mine, "Layla, don't make me have to be the devil with you, you have to stay, we have much to discuss." Ajax says as he lets go of my throat, and steps back, the electric currents fading away, I see now that he has no shirt on and gym shorts that hang perfect on his body, his shoulders all the way to his v-line covered in scars and sweat, I want to rub each scar with my finger tips, I want him to tell me how they all got their, "Ok," is all I whisper out, he smiles and turns around, facing his 2 men he walks up to them, "Y'all are of royal pack, but yet can't fight like one, shame." he walks away, the men hang their head down, "Layla, Layla" I hear Mindi Hollaring, "Damn, you've open up a stitch, doc ain't gonna be happy, why would you run?" Mindi ask, " How did I submit to him so easy, I've never submitted but to Barron, He didn't even hurt me," I look at Mindi with tears in my eyes, she smiles genuinely, pats me on the shoulder once again, "Sweetheart, that's called the mate bond, it makes you do things you never knew you could do, y'all are both strong genes, this will get very interesting." she says smiling, I look over at the men who I beat up, they give me a angry look and walks off, "Come on, they will come around, Ryan wants you to meet his parents." sighing I follow behind Mindi, taking in all the beautiful senires this place has, we walk back threw the garden and walked back in the door I went flying out of, instead going left we take a right, we pass closed doors, we enter into a big open room where their was tvs, couches, young people sitting on them, they all stop and stare at me, I realized I'm in tank top and shorts scratched up, they all look worried, "This Layla, she is a guest here, you will treat her with respect understood?" Mindi says sternly to the teenagers, they all bowed and said "Yes ma'am," we walk on and enter a huge gigantic kitchen stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite tiles and countertops, 3 huge sinks, and 5 dishwashers, "This is of course the kitchen, we have 10 chefs here, wonderful cooks." Mindi says as she drooling some, I laugh and she turns pink, walking threw the kitchen we go threw a small hallway that is open windows, you can see the woods threw each side, "Ryan says it's beautiful when it rains." We stand there and take in the woods, then we head on and come to a dinning room, numerous long tables that hold about 20 people at each one, "Must be alot of people here," I say, "2500 to be exact." Mindi chirps in, I stare back at her, shock written on my face, Mindi laughs and says, "Trust me, it don't get easier with names." "Luckily I don't need to know their names." I say back laughing but Mindi just looks at me eyebrows raised, "Ok, sit here I'll let them know we are here, don't worry, their really nice." She says as she leaving the room, I sit there in silence, I glance around and notice different paintings of men and women with crowns, their fairly news ones, and really old ones, I came to the last newest painting an stare at it, it's a picture of Owen by himself, he has no expression on his face, he looked younger here, my hand went to the painting before I could stop it, my finger tracing his outline face, moving slowly toward his lips, when suddenly I hear someone clear their throat, I immediately froze, turning around I am faced with my brother, Mindi, and 4 other people, they all look very formal and royalty, "Um, I didn't mean to touch the painting, I'm sorry." I mustered out, Ryan who does a smirk, walks up first, "Layla, this here is my adopted parents, Beta Roy Lee my dad, and my mother Beta Sandy lee, they reach out with smiling faces I take Beta Roy hand shake it first, then his mother, "I'm so glad we finally got to meet you, we are very sorry for the torture you have endured these last 10 years, plus the time you have had on your own, we are here for you, Ryan ain't our blood but he still our son, and we will always have a open door for you." Her sweet voice says to me, I smile thank her, then 2 more couple walk over, more radiant and power coming from them, the women reaches out first, with a smile, "My name is Queen-Luna Shana Pierce, my husband here is King Ben Pierce." my mouth drops open, I go speechless, "we are very pleased and happy to meet you as well, your presence here is just unbelievably special, you have your mother's face," "And your father's fighting skills," the king chirps in, "Ben, no." the queen says with a death look to her husband, I smile shyly, "Layla, our son Owen, jus give him time please, Ajax will give him back and we all can sit down talk everything out, and what the future holds, but if you need anything, or just need to talk, we are all here for you," she says gesturing to all the people standing around me, "Thank you, for helping me get better, and not killing my parents all them years ago," I choked up I didn't know what to say, when Ryan slaps his face with his hand covering it, I slumped my shoulders, turning bright red, then everyone starts laughing, "I thanked your mom everyday for not killing me, and help giving me my presious child, she is the hero." Mrs.Pierece says with tears, I look over at Owens picture once again, staring at it, hes built alot like his dad, but he holds his mothers features, "Please don't finger face Owen picture again" I hear Ryan say making throw up noise, I turn quickly at everyone once again turning red, "Ryan stop, she already embarrassed." Mindi says, slapping Ryans shoulder, I smile, "Come Layla, lunch is ready, would you like to eat?" Shana says to me holding out her elbow, I look at weird, she smiles genuinely and takes my arm wraps around hers, I nod my head yes, and we sit down at the long tables, we sit quietly when the doors flung open and 5 chefs come pouring in, they were pushing trolleys with food on them, "My King, My queen, we have sandwiches, and soup which would you like?" the little girl ask, she may be like 7, "Little Dana, we would love sandwiches please," Shana says to the little girl, she reaches her hand to the girl, I was prepared for the little girl to get smack, but it never came, only thing came was Mrs. Pierce, stroke the little girls hair, the girl runs off smiling and laughing, I guess my nails gave away the fact I was shocked, cause I didn't realize I dugged my nails into their tables, blood coming from underneath them, "Sis, what's wrong?" Ryan asks me picking up my hands, feeling shamed, I stand up "I think Im feeling dizzy again, might be best if I go lay back down." I lied, "But sweetheart you haven't ate a meal in weeks." Mrs. Lee says sadly, I smile and turn toward the doors, "If you don't mind, I'll walk you to Owens room." Mrs Pierce says walking with me, I nod. We walk quietly, when we get to the hallway that leads to Owens room, I know because I can smell his scent, "May I ask you something." Shana says, I nod again, "Did you think I was going to hurt that girl?" my heart stops, I begin breathing heavily, "Hey, it's ok, calm down, I love all the children here, and everyone, I promise Layla, we are nothing like anything you have been thru, we wouldn't never harm a soul unless they were bad." Shana says. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have been to quick to think about it, it's just different seeing everything that I have seen so far." she smiles and we walk to the door, grabbing the handle, I open it slowly, please don't be in here, please don't be in here, all I kept thinking to myself, "Don't worry, he's at the training fields, today was his first time seeing you since he left the hospital the day you was brought in, well besides when he barged in when he beat Ryan up," Shana says awkwardly, "Would you like to come in?" I asked her, she smiles, "No dear, Ben hasn't stop linking me about the sandwiches, I'll have someone send you up some, ok." she hugs me and closes the door, I stand in this empty but decorative room, I open up the closed door and saw a massive walk in closet, on one side had all female clothes, from workout stuff, to formal wears, the other side was his, clothes, I run my fingers threw them, smelling them, I stopped myself before I got caught again, walking out I head toward the bathroom, a nice bath would do, I quickly lock both the bedroom door and the bathroom door, strip down and soaked in some soap I found, I lay in the bath tub for a hour, it feels so good, I thought, only thing I missing is Tanwyn, I hope she is still in me, or maybe she was just my imaginary friend that I thought help keep me alive, I don't know, but right now this bath is amazing, I finally get out, I put on some pj shorts and a tank top, I see a note at the bottom of my bedroom door, "Layla, here is your sandwiches, please enjoy-- SP" I smile and open the door and grab the tray, I go sit on his huge bed and start chowing down, I have my face stuff when the door handle goes flying across the room,and the door being kicked open, I jump, "YOU DONT TELL ME WHEN AND WHERE, UNDERSTOOD!" Owen comes threw slinging his phone it breaking across the wall, I sit there not moving not even chewing up the sandwiches I stuffed in my mouth, he walks over to the closet and pulls his shirt off, sweat running down his back, then he slides off his shorts, I see his perfect round ass, I quickly look away, "You don't have to hide, watching me strip." I went rigid, he caught me, looking slowly back at him, he smirks and walks in the bathroom shutting the door, "By the way, you look like a fat chipmunk with all that food in your mouth." I hear form the other side of the door, I felt my face turn pink, I quickly chewed my food, putting the rest back on the trolly I sit there, not sure what to do, after 20 mins he comes out wrapped in a towel, the hot stem coming off his bare body, he goes in the closet shuts the door, he comes back out a few minutes later, thank God he is dressed, he goes and sits down on the couch, Im sitting cross legged on the bed, "Um should I leave?" I ask him, "No stay, I'm sleeping here on the couch." I gulp, "Don't worry little wolf, I want bite you" he Snickers turns over and falls asleep, really I think to myself, I finally lay down turning the lamp off, I lay in darkness, I would say quietness but Owens snoring is awful, I lay there for hours, "Tanwyn if you can hear me, please come back, I'm sorry for whatever I have done, I need you." After another 2 hours of silence I drift off to sleep, dreaming of the beautiful lady statue in the garden.
