"Tell me," she says, "how far will you go for a man whose love will be your death?"
Anabelle Angelis is frightened. She suffers from oneirophobia, an intense fear of dreams. And despite the constant reassurances from her superiors at the convent she knows better than to ignore the reocurring dreams of her cold body lying in a pool of blood. Especially, when those dreams foretold the death of her sister, Isabelle.
In an attempt to run from death, she returns to Haven's Hollow against the wishes of her enstranged family and to the man whose presence in the small town could be the herald of her death.
