We walk through the airport with our bags in hand walking through the waiting area I spot Rose with her girlfriend Alexia. She sees us and comes running over with her arms wide open.
“Annabelle! I’ve missed you so much,” she tells me, throwing her arms around me.
“Hey Rose, it’s nice to see you too,” I tell her, wrapping my right arm around her.
She pulls away from me then grabs Alexia and says, “This is my girlfriend Alexia.”
I hold out my hand and say, “It’s nice to officially meet you.”
She takes my hand and shakes it, saying, “Same to you. I’ve heard so much about you from Rose and I wanted to meet the amazing woman who saved my love and became her friend.”
