Chapter 30 – Forget and Forgive? “Say something, please,” she says, with a tear in her eye. This side of her is so vulnerable, and she said please like she was pleading with me. All this time, she has held the power and now it’s almost disappeared. “I am struggling to find the words to talk,” I slowly say while keeping eye contact with her. “I know you can’t forget or forgive so easily, but I need to hear you say something,” she rushes out.
