The wedding was now over and everyone would go back to their lives while the bride and groom would go on to enjoy their lives together.  William had just finished talking over the phone with James who called to tell him that he and his wife had arrived at their honeymoon destination while not forgetting to thank William for the all expense paid trip, but it was nothing to William and he would do more than that for his friends.  William felt forlorn as he stared at the necklace he held in his hand which Lillian returned to him that day they fought.  He had gifted her the necklace as a mark of the bond he felt with her and how ready he was to move on from his past life and now she believes everything was a lie.  "just why am I so unfortunate when it comes to love!" he breathed. ********
