Little pretty was so good in her academics in not much than two weeks she got an admission to the university which was the best in the country. “Mum have a look at this letter” said little pretty as she gave out a brown envelope. “What is it all about” asked her mum who was surprise when she collected the brown envelope. “I don’t know mum, check it out for yourself” said little pretty as she smiled slowly. “You don’t really seem happy” said her mum as she looked to her daughter’s face to detect the letter. “You aren’t sure yet mum” said little pretty as she stall gave a slow manner smile. “Okay if you say so” said her mum as she opened the letter and was her dream for her daughter. She found out in the letter that her daughter has been given a scholarship to study in the best university in the country. She was so very happy that she almost screamed. We need to celebrate this” said her mum smiling in great happiness as she hugged little pretty. “mum, I told you I would do this” said little pretty who smiled so broadly than she did earlier. “Please I need to tell your dad about this, where is my cell phone” said her mum searching the chairs. “I think you left them on your bed” said little pretty trying to remember the exact place. “Let me go get them” said her mum as she turned to go upstairs through the stairs. “Mum, don’t worry I would go get them for you” said little pretty as she left sprinting. “You better be quick” shouted her mum as she watched her walked slowly while on the stairs. “Yes mum” said little pretty as she walked briskly smiling broadly to herself. She quickly got to her mum’s room got the cell phone and went downstairs in the living room where her mum was. “Yes, have got the cell phone” said the little pretty as she gave the cell phone to her mum who happily received it and dial her husband number. “Hello, what is it” said her husband who was stressful due to the job he was into at that moment. “common it really a good news” said Pretty mum trying to brighten up his mood so he could receive the news. “Okay I am sorry I really have lots of work on my table, please go ahead with what you want to say” said her dad smiling. “Your daughter has gotten a scholarship to study in one of the best university in the country” said her mum. “That’s great news” said her dad happily but still in stress due to the work on his table. “Aren’t you going to congratulate her” said her mum happily as she smiled boardly while on the phone. “Of course I would please give the phone to her” said her dad smiling happily. “I would do that” said her mum who gave the phone to little pretty who happily took it. “Hello dad” said little pretty smiling happily as she took the phone from her mum. “Hello my little pretty, thank for making me proud of you” said her dad happily. “You don’t need to say that dad” said little pretty happily as she collected a throw pillow and sat on the chair. “Well any way congratulation I hope you know what you are going to study when you get to the university” said her dad. “Of course dad, I want to study education as a course, I really want to become an educationist” said little pretty. “If you say so, I wish you good luck” said her dad smiling as he brought out some document for filing. “dad, mum still wants to talk to you “ said little pretty as she gave the phone to her mum. “You with this your big mouth” whispered her mum as she collected the phone from her little pretty. “What do want to talk about?” asked her dad anxiously to know the other news. “Will don’t mind her she with her silly joke” said her mum also smiling. “Do you think that two girls would be coming tonight” said her dad anxiously as he had always been. “I think you clerk would be late” said her mum as she brought out the brown envelope little pretty once gave her. “I need you to you to prepare a good dinner for the family” said her dad smiling happily. “Trust me, I would be that after all I have been less busy all day” said her mum smiling. “Really, you should be helping me with these work” said her dad smiling jokingly. “I don’t think I would do that or would you need me that urgently” said her mum smiling. “Sorry for that won’t but please make sure you don’t forget to cook my best meal” said her dad. “Why do you think so” asked her mum smiling as she wanted to know why she he asked not to forget the meal he loved. “Some time one get excited and forget about everything he had in mind” said her dad. “Well I won’t it time you continue your job” said her mum who was about to end the call. “I just feel like talking all day, well bye” said her dad who was the one to end the call.
